GREAT FOOD! BUT DONT GET DELIVERY! I go here all the time. The staff is helpfull & polite. I love the food. Iv never once had a problem w the food. The panda express app however uses doordash for delivery. Ive tried the delivery twice. First of all, it is nkrmally atleast about 12 dollars more for delivery but its hidden costs and they make it seem like youre paying the same as pick up but you arent. The first time i ordered delivery it was late and cold and cost a bunch extra. The 2nd time, it never showed up. I looked on google and it says approximately 1/4 of door dash delivery drivers just steal the food 🙄 they dont inverview or meet the driver at all the drivers are just anyone who downloaded the app and signed up to deliver food. When i called the doordash the person who answered didnt speak english well and he told me i had to get panda to give me the money back. So i called panda and they said i didnt pay them, i paid doordash. So i called doordash back and told them they lied to me and demanded they give me my money back and i ended up being issued a refund which hasnt cleared the bank yet, the money is still missing. The whole thing was ridiculous. And panda express gave away 2 large meals for free. One for the doordash driver and one for me. And even with all the issue, i made sure to thank the panda express crew. They still got me fresh hot food and right in and out the door in no time. IT IS NOT the panda express workers fault, they have to deal with issues with doordashers all the time and doordash is stressing them too. And they get yelled at by some hungry customers who never got the food because of what doordash did. Im also told that its hard for restaurants to get doordash to stop once they decided to give it a try. Im told doordash uploads their menu and takes orders and sends it to them so the only way the restaurant can get the doordash orders to stop is to get doordash to stop...
Read moreI am so angry. I placed an order for delivery around 8 this evening. Estimated delivery was after 9. Frustrating, but do-able. At 9, I checked, and delivery was then postponed till 9:30, and the delivery dasher was waiting at the store. I called the central # to find out what was going on. The "original dasher" said the store was closed!!! But the second dasher was there waiting, and the store was "sort of busy" and he said the line of customers was moving ok. I kept watching the delivery time keep being delayed minute by minute, until the screen suddenly said my order was cancelled!!! When I called the central number again, I was assured that I would receive a full refund in 7-12 business days. He couldn't confirm that the customers at the store were not being given priority and served quicker than delivery, he couldn't arrange for alternate delivery options, he refused to reinstate my order, because after over 90 minutes waiting, it was now too late and the store would be closed before we could be served. When I asked how I would be compensated for this "inconvenience" as he called it, he said he was creating a ticket, and IF the dasher had violated policy, he would be reprimanded. How exactly that helps me feed the kids tonight, or makes me ever consider doing this again, I have no idea, but that's what he was doing for me. With no vehicle, out $60 until it gets refunded, and being after 9pm, leaves me with very few options to feed my family. I also have a sneaky suspicion that the call center isn't based in the US, as the 3 different agents i spoke with all had the same, very...
Read moreBrenda made it an upsetting experience for me. My family placed a dinner order through DoorDash. One of the items was supposed to be a plate with noodles, beef and broccoli and orange chicken. The orange chicken was missing (see photo). We called the store and was told we could come get the missing food. Brenda was visibly annoyed by my presence once I got to her and told her I was the person missing chicken. She asked another employee to go get me “a little chicken” while making the tiny gesture with her two fingers. I asked her was there anything more she could do for the inconvenience of having to leave my house, drive to Panda Express, stand outside the building in the cold and wait in the long line, AFTER having paid a delivery fee, service fee, and a driver tip to avoid all of that in the first place. She tossed another small chicken in the bag and looked on to the next customer. I told her she could have at least said sorry or something. She told me, “yeah, that’s why I’m giving you the extra chicken.” By the time I got back home, of course, my food was ice cold. Worst visit to a Panda...
