Edit. New review for June 2023. Ordered on mobile app. Was not told they did not have what I ordered until I was at the pick up window and was told they don't have what I ordered do I want this or that to replace it. I didnt want either replacement option. I wanted a refund which I could have canceled the order right there if they told me when I gave my order number at the speaker they were out of what I ordered.... no one knew anything about the app. When asking for help I was told I need to move on because there are other people waiting. Then the manager finally told me to call Estel Food services for refund. I left a message with them that day and never heard back for 2 weeks. Called today and they got my message but don't handle refunds so they failed to call me and tell me that they don't handle it to call an 800 number.... I deleted the app and was told the 800 number was on the app. I told her I no longer had the app for the number and she said she would have to look in her personal cell for it..... that number should be posted on hand. Now to wait another few weeks.... App training would be great for the employees. Also a manager who knows what's going on in the store and can tell the employees in drive thru what's out and to tell people right when they get there. This can't be the first time this has happened there. There should be a better system. And it's sad because McDonalds is famous for their systems. I should have known better than to go to this location after my friend was hired a few months ago and the manager on her first day made her signa sheet that he trained her right when she walked in and threw her in to the mix with absolutely no food service experience. Read moreI have NEVER been so insulted in any type of food business, i.e. fast food, family casual, 5 star, etc.!!!!! Went there today, Labor Day 2017, at 1:38 p.m. The drive through worker was not paying attention to anything I said regarding my order (THAT'S YOUR JOB TO TAKE THE CUSTOMERS' ORDERS!!!!!!) and she wanted me to repeat it, so I asked for the "manager", and was told to drive up, which I did, only to be asked by Ms. I'm Not Paying Attention Drive thru worker, if I ordered x, y, z. I told her I was the customer who wanted to see the manager; I didn't order anything!!!! (way to pay attention yet again). She then "waved me off" and rolled her eyes at me. Is this in the McDonald's training manual?? The "manager" finally shows up and after describing my experience, she stood there and stared at me like I had 3 heads, with a smirk on her face, and said NOTHING until I prompted her by asking her name, to which she replied by raising her voice, trying to start an argument with me. (do they learn this in "manager" training?). When I asked her for name the second time, she, again, refused to give it to me (easy to find out sweetheart..you're not a secret agent with MI6). Read moreI tried ordering lunch through the mobile app at this location but I was informed that the order that I put in was placed prior to 11:00 a.m. and would be served breakfast instead. This information was never given to me prior to today and the mobile app did not reflect this information either.
The lady at the window informed me that if I wanted my original lunch order that I should wait until 11:00 and come back. This is about 5:00 till 11:00 when she told me this.
I went inside to speak to a manager to give a complaint and perhaps possibly get a refund has my card was charged for food that I neither wanted nor was actually given.
I stayed up at the front counter for 15 minutes. At no point did anybody come up to handle my request or any of the other people that were behind me in line, and there were close to half a dozen people waiting at the front counter.
Even after calling twice for someone to come up, nobody came up.
I finally got to a point I just simply left.
Absolutely horrible, unacceptable service.
(Update: I was not initially aware that I would be given a receipt through email upon placing the order via the app, and my order was eventually refunded a few hours later via another email.
I am still irate, however, at the unacceptable wait time at the front counter. I don't care about metrics, you shouldn't leave paying customers at the front counter for 15-20 minutes WITHOUT somebody there! That is NOT any sort of...
