I visited the store 2182 N. Hwy 67, 01/05/21 @ 7:59pm The service is far much better than in previous visits. I was in and out expeditiously with fresh food made to order. The cashier was polite and friendly. I appreciate the measures taken to increase productivity at the store. Please keep it up!
Update: Friday April 2, 2021 4:26 pm After sitting in line for 15 minutes, I've had the misfortune of exchanging my energy w/ Thee rudest - most incompetent, low bred manager named Kim. I attempted to order a #1 (as I have for years) & 2 fries. The employee who initially took my order, was either new or in training. She seemed confused when I asked for my "special made" sandwich with the lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion on the side. She said, "We can't do that" at this point I let her know that I always get my sandwich that way and that it's usually wrapped in a sandwich paper to the side or a container with the lid either way I would like to dress the burger myself. The manger then ostentatiously interjects, "Ma'am we ain't got nothin to put this in. Either you want it or you don't! My line long so is that !!?" I reluctantly proceeded to finish ordering two additional fresh fries in separate bags, to which Kim sorely replied, "I can't do that ma'am. And the next time you order your sandwich we can't make it like that but I'll do it this time." As if she was doing me a favor. At this point I wanted to back out of the drive through but it was 6 cars behind me. It was the lackadaisical attitude and curt responses for me.
Needless to say, It was an additional 15 minute wait at the window, as she charged me $15.25 for a #1 and 2 small fries. I informed her while placing the order, "I have an email re: free fry Friday." Here she goes again, "Ma'am I don't know nothin about det just show it at the window." Making a very clear to me that she is miserable and hates her job. At the window, I gave her my phone number to my rewards as well as showed her the email. She said that, "it say here that you used it already." I assured her I did not, Having just gotten the email a few hours prior. She refused the large free Friday, I never got my food, she attempted to belittle and bully me in front of her staff, calling me names and referring my looks. Kim it was not my fault that you were exasperated and ill prepared for your Friday rush. When I asked her what was the district managers name she shortly said, "Ken and I'm Nicole." Patronizing this establishment on my fine Friday was thee worst mistake. I spent 30 minutes in drive-through to deal with a "manager" of the store who was down right nasty & ghetto. You are in a position to train your staff & boost moral. It's a shame to have any person working under you. This is exactly why there is a high turnover at the store, I wish they had consistent at least four star service. Smdh It cost 0 dollars to be Cordial especially when you are on the clock. I am most certain this is not her first complaint nor the last....
Read moreFirst, I hardly ever leave reviews, but I was so dissatisfied with my order that I had to speak up. Also, I work customer service/food production, so I understand that mistakes happen, but I also know that part of the job is owning up to and correcting mistakes made by a business.
My experience with my DoorDash order was just tragic. I ordered 2 Rally Burgers with no pickles, 1 medium coke, and one medium fry.
As for my 2 burgers, it was just wrong. The buns were thin and bland and there was way too much sauce that the buns were soggy. I also ordered no pickles on both of them, but despite the ticket being marked as checked, there were pickles on BOTH burgers. Literally, you can't make it up.
My medium coke was frustrating. I opened it up to see the entire drink filled with ice, which should never be done as it leaves little to no room for the actual soda to be in there. Either the person who poured it tried to save the business an extra 2 cents by cheating me out of what I paid for on a $3 drink, or they do not understand basic geometry.
Lastly my fries were pathetic. They were incredibly over-seasoned to where I couldn't taste anything but the salt and pepper, and they were flimsy and tasteless without them.
I called the store twice but no one answered. I then called customer support and was transferred to DoorDash support since I ordered from there. Shout out to the guy who got the ball rolling on my refund, and thanks to the DoorDash lady who gave it to me.
I will never order from Rally's again because of the poor food quality and service, but at least I got my money back. I just want to warn anyone else ordering here that you may want to...
Read moreI visited this restaurant on 5/17/18 @ approximately 1:00 AM. I wasn’t able to get a name however there was a heavy set female manager on duty with her hair all over her head and shirt wrinkled hanging out her uniform pants. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was told we are not taking orders and the system may be up in 15 or more minutes . (Their system is always down at this time...smh) I said fine I will wait. Then she states you must pull out of drive through to get off my timer. There were other vehicles pulling up behind me. I politely advised rather than loose my spot I rather just wait. Never once did I raise my voice or get belligerent with her. I just politely suggested that I stay put to keep my spot on line. I rolled up my window and started paying bills online to stall time when a police officer taps on my window. OMG! I was advised by the cops that she called the police on me. Of course the police took the path of least resistance and suggested I leave explaining if they were me they wouldn’t trust service I’m obviously dissatisfied with. Therefore I left. It’s a shame that Black management are so uneducated and lazy that they rather lose business than convenience a customer. Was it that serious that I get off the timer? If the system was “actually” down wouldn’t your subordinate adjust the times accordingly as you were providing convenience to a customer? Did you really feel threatened by me in your delusion story you told the cops or were you just mad I didn’t just leave as the many other customers you steer away due to laziness and lack of work ethic?
