Save A Lot — Local services in Florissant

I come to this location quite a bit .. it use to be alot more when it was 24hours but I still come here alot ..but last night left a horrible taste in my mouth...I came to this location @ 11:15-11:20 p.m. I did know they were closing soon so I was quick I checked out around 11:35 p.m. well the cashier that was working was not friendly at All .. Not even a "No Hi how are ya" or "How's ur night going" "Did u find everything u needed" etc but like I said nothing not even a simple hello ...then she starts to throw& slams my items into my cart she doesn't set them down just throws everything except my gallon of milk ..I even asked her How her night was going she snapped back all rude like say "I'm ready to go" She made me feel that her having 2 check out my groceries was the biggest inconvenience to her and just made me feel really unwelcome & uncomfortable . I dont know if i even wanna shop there anymore cause she was so rude and theree was no need for her to behave in such a way ...you chose this job and if u can not have basic customer service skills then u need to rethink what u doing not take it out of on...

I stopped going to Save a Lot in my old residential area. This was a blessing in disguise. My last one was a nightmare compared to how well kept this store is. I was there at 4 am and let me tell you those late night workers were some of the most respectful gentlemen I have ever shopped near. Each of them wished me a good morning amd hellos, and you know they have been working long hours of the night. The store was clean and being restocked. Every worker had masks on and were polite about any question. Sevaugn or Sevon, sorry for butchering your name. Normally do not shop at this store due to lack of good employees and management. Gave this store another try and still had the same issues. Lines are 10 to 15 people long with one register open. Manager came out to do a refund and seen the lines and was asked about opening another register. Manager did not even look in at the customer who asked the question and just said no. Once the manager was done with the customer refund he went back to the office to hide and leave his cashier to take the brunt of angry customers. I was in line so long and the store was so hot that most of my frozen food was half way thawed. This store is the main reason why I have to shop 20 miles down the road to get good...
