My Heavenly Experience at Creamy Seoul I recently had the pleasure of trying the donuts and coffee from Creamy Seoul in Flower Mound, Texas, and I can honestly say it was a heavenly experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was just as delightful, with great music setting the perfect vibe. Plus, they have a fantastic rewards program where you get a punch card, and once it's full, you get a free donut! It's a rare treat to find a place where the customer service, ambiance, and rewards are as wonderful as the food and drinks. Now let's talk about the donuts themselves. The first bite was like biting into a cloud—light, airy, and perfectly balanced. Unlike many donuts that are overly sweet, these were just right. The flavors were subtle yet distinct, and what truly sets them apart is that the creamy fillings perfectly match the flavors of the toppings. The fillings were incredibly light, allowing the quality of the pastry to shine through. My personal favorite was the strawberry donut, which had a fresh, light strawberry topping and a creamy strawberry filling that was absolutely divine. On this visit, I also tried their Korean coffee, and honestly, it was phenomenal – even better than Starbucks, in my opinion! It was smooth, rich, and had a unique flavor profile that I absolutely loved. Holding that iced coffee with the cute Creamy Seoul logo on the cup as I left was the perfect ending to a delightful visit. Every donut in the box was a work of art. From the rich chocolate-dusted one to the beautifully topped citrus and blueberry varieties, each was crafted with care and precision. They were so good that I had to immediately devour one as soon as I got my hands on them. I even got a couple of punches on my rewards card, bringing me closer to a free treat! If you're looking for a dessert and coffee spot that's not too heavy but still incredibly satisfying, with amazing service and a great atmosphere, Creamy Seoul is the place to go in Flower Mound. These aren't just donuts and coffee; they're a blissful, cloud-like treat and a delightful caffeine fix that I would highly recommend to anyone. I can't wait to go back and fill up...

Terrible business model! Open 3 days a week for only 6 hours a day….. but only have product for 3 hours and then sold out each day. This type of building demand only works for so long. Change your business hours or make enough product to sell for the entire 6 hours. People travel far distances and arrive 2 hours before you close NOT to be greeted with a sign that says sorry, sold out. Straight unacceptable management. Fix it or be bashed for poor business practices. I don’t care how good your food is….. i will keep giving one star reviews until this gets fixed.
Oh and this is not the first time, management keeps making excuses for why they are sold out and still has not addressed the problem. Also no phone to call!?!!! Come on….
Thanks for the response. The solution is simple. If you can’t produce enough product to stay open till 2pm, then shorten the hours to match your capacity. If your capacity is already maxed out with labor and hours in the day, then hire more labor. Customer satisfaction is dependent on more than just those who are able to eat your food. This is basic business. Hire a consultant who can see where your inefficiency are so you can get more done and satisfy for customers.
Why not put a limit quantity instead of selling this person 5 if you don’t...
Read moreI have been on the search for brioche donuts after trying some amazing ones from Mello in Vancouver Canada. Found this place on Instagram and got so excited because they looked similar. I had high hopes that they would taste the same but, they didn’t which was a huge disappointment.
We got there at 9am and all they had left was one strawberry and a tray of earl gray. (Already out of the other flavors was another disappointment). I liked how they weren’t overly sweet like a typical donut but to me, it tasted more like “bread”.
Staff were friendly but ordering and checkout was very confusing for all who were waiting. Most of us were waiting in a long checkout line before realizing that we had to order first. There should have been a sign that said, “Order First Then Pay”. Made zero sense to first wait in line to order then have to wait in another line to pay.
While waiting in the checkout like, a tray of vanilla custard did come out! (I had to leave the checkout line, get back in the order line to get the custard ones and then get back in the checkout line).
Note: Seating is limited so you’ll probably have to take it to go.
Glad we tried it but, won’t...
