Surprised my son with his absolute favorite food for lunch at school before I left town for a week. The surprise was devastating to him. Someone did not even put any orange chicken in the box and left the spot empty. Rather than enjoying our time spent together, I spent a portion of that time consoling him and assuring him I would make it up to him.
Here's the best part! When I went back to the store after leaving the school, the manager, Amber, refused to offer me a full $11 refund. Instead, she insisted that she could only give me a partial refund. I told her that I would be calling corporate to resolve the issue and leaving me reviews online. Latrice P. from customer care, took my call, and performed her job with the utmost professionalism. Latrice listened, empathized and offered a full refund and something extra for my trouble.

Read moreI had always had a good experience at this restaurant until today, a guy with the name Anthony on his badge was very grumpy, I ordered a bigger plate, a plate and two bowls, the first time he angrily threw the plate of food into the trash because I told him it was not how I asked for it, we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they did not have the three types of food that we ordered, which I do not care about, I fully understand that the food runs out and I have no problem waiting since the food is fabulous, but the second time I had ordered from the other guy and he came and made the dish but he made it wrong once again and when my husband told him he again acted badly with us and his coworkers, not to mention that they charged us before we finished ordering, I would like to suggest that a single employee take the entire order of an entire family and then charge for it at the end, it would be easier for the employees.
