Updated 1/15/23: sent in a mobile order 10 minutes ahead only to find the cafe doors locked with a sign to go thru drive-thru! As you can imagine, a huge line at the drive thru. I didn’t have time to wait(the reason I mobile ordered!) so I had to leave my 2 coffees. I’ll be back for a refund! If your cafe is closed, TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING!
Updated 11/11/22: mobile orders are slow to get out in the mornings. I basically order from my house 15 minutes away and still not ready when I get to the store. Posted a pic of my newest peppermint mocha. Someone drink it?? Fill it up! I mean I’m paying 6 bucks for coffee…fill it to the top!
Updated 8/29/22: they need to fix their mobile printer. I consistently get 4 pumps of syrup when I order with 1 but you can’t read the very left of the ticket to know it should only be 1. Still a great stop although I miss Indy and not sure where he went.
Updated 10/01/21: This location has made some great changes and are my go-to stop again. Indy,the new store manager, is doing an amazing job and is always super kind and communicates well with anyone waiting.
(This was my previous 3 star review from 2019) Three times now( different days and different time of day) I’ve waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order. It’s no wonder everyone uses the drive thru...it seems those drinks are made first. This location needs to get it together! Also, the new Nitro lids don’t fit and pop off constantly dripping and creating a mess rather than an enjoyable coffee...

Read moreMy friend went here this morning and waited in line, to be told that they didn't open until 8am but they had no sign out that displayed that. When she got up to the window the employee had an ugly attitude blaming my friend for ruining their "car line time" emplying that it was my friends fault when it's always the employee responsibility. They then made her coffee wrong and said it would be a 20 more minute wait for it. They said it was because she ruined their car time. My friend then asked for a refund and they still with an ugly attitude replied "I guess." And she didn't even receive a full refund. So unprofessional and disgusting.
