Panda Express — Restaurant in Flower Mound

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would! The staff there, including the manager are absolutely awful! I purchased a plate with orange chicken, chow mein and fried rice, as well as a side of friend rice, a side of super greens and an order of vegetable spring rolls. When I got home, the fried rice was hard and it tasted reheated and old and the super greens tasted MILDEWED! I took one taste and had to spit it out. I still have the mildew taste in my mouth as I write this. I called and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the manager. She asked if I had the receipt which I did eventually found in my car. As she was talking to me the phone went dead. I waited a minute or so and called back only to be told I had been put on hold without anyone saying so. Another woman answered with a different voice who claimed to be the manager this time and needless to say she gave me the run around in the worst way. She absolutely would not say she will give me a refund, asked me to drive back to the store with the receipt so we can "have a talk". I finally got her to say she would refund me but only if I came back with the food I purchased. I had already thrown away the side of rice. I cannot believe this happened! They literally gave me mildewed food and crunchy and old tasting rice and they are making me jump through these hoops! Make no mistake! If I get sick because of this I WILL sue them and...

I very seldom leave a bad review for any business but I felt this one was more than justified. Arrived at 8:50pm to get my sick 6 year old daughter and my wife some rice and chicken and they literally had one scoop of rice left and about a scoop and half of orange chicken. THATS IT. The lady said "this is all we have left" and in my head I'm thinking "I know there's a shortage of everything right now but rice, seriously?" I politely asked if they were out of rice or of they just didn't want to make more rice, and she that they have more rice but they're closing the kitchen down, mind you this is 40 minutes before they close. I understand if I come in 5 minutes before closing but 40 mins is a little absurd to not have anything left. Luckily the manager came over and told me they could make more rice it will only take 5 minutes if I was willing to wait. AS IM WAITING FOR RICE ONE LADY MOSIES HER WAY TO THE DOOR AND PROCEEDS TO LOCK IT. Right there above the lock in large bold letters it reads "THIS DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS." She walked by me while I was still waiting and told me to just let her know when I was leaving and she would let me out the door. We were helped by a young gentleman in glasses. He was getting mixed up on our order…something simple as half and half rice and chow mein. He gave us hardly any chow mein and my wife had asked for a bit more because it was a smaller than normal portion. He gave her a snarky attitude saying this is all I can give. My wife proceeded to order broccoli and beef. He gave her all broccoli all but 2 pieces of beef. We asked about that and he said this is what he was trained to do. The cook behind him told him this was incorrect that it should be mostly beef and some broccoli. He was upset and very defensive toward us and other customers. There was a young woman there trying to keep it all together and the young man did not have customer service skills whatsoever. Very dissatisfied. I will say the food is always good...
