I debated to post this or not but because Trufit didn't even try to fix the problem...then I feel i should warn other customers. My order was completely wrong. I reached out to them numerous times and they wouldn't even take the time to ask what they could do. They continued to act like they did nothing wrong. I didn't want my money back or even for them to fix it. The only thing I wanted from them was just to admit they messed up but they couldn't even do that. they acted like they were so busy to even respond to me. Thanks for taking my money and doing whatever you felt like doing. I hope you fix your actions/behavior to clients when they have an issue or you will never make it. Basically, you stole my money because my order was completely wrong! Thank you so much for NOT taking the time to at least apologize. I would never recommend this...

The mandocas were delicious. ❤️ Empanadas 👎👎👎 The Cheese pastelitos are ok.

They sell a delicious artisanal cheese and this cheese alone is the only reason I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars.

I was approached by a big guy in regards to the food. I told him I didn't like the empanadas and instead of asking me why I didn't like it he proceeded to tell me that in Maracaibo they don't like soft empanadas in a rude tone. The filling was salty AF. My empanada was hard enough to build a foundation, so I guess they like concrete-like empanadas.
