Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Flowood

I can honestly admit, I'm a total cheapskate when it comes to a quick and cheap lunch. I decided to treat myself today after being locked down with ice and snow to what I thought was going to be a better or good lunch in Flowood, MS on Lakeland Drive. I can't begin to explain the level of quality and freshness of the lunch I ordered; it was amazing to say the least! I tend to spend $2 to $4 through apps and deals at fast food restaurants whether it's a burger, bakes potato, chili, hashbrowns, or just fries. Today I went outside of the box, I used the extremely user free Schlotzskys app on my phone and ordered my lunch for a great price. Not only was the staff completely welcoming, friendly, and professional, the quality and accuracy of my order was amazing! I'm not sure they will ever see this, but I would like to say, "Thank You All!" The salad was so good, I'd highly recommend it or any salad to anyone. The sandwich was a small, and it was perfect with the salad and amazing not to mention affordable for the quality. By the way, it was my first time eating here and the initial experience was absolute perfection! This will definitely not be my last visit. I'm very critical about spending too much on my lunches, but this was definitely worth every last cent. This restaurant has been one of my top favorites for over two decades. The quality of food is always worth a five-star review. The franchise owner often helps the employees and is so incredibly friendly. After a few occasions of interacting with him I said, “You always have a smile and a great attitude; you should be manager!” Little did I know (I learned later from a Schlotzsky’s employee)...he is the store owner. Instead of replying with boastfulness to my compliment, he simply chuckled with humbleness. Schlotzsky’s is a chain, but eating at this location allows customers to feel right at home and at ease with the dependable consistency of quality eats. My family and I frequent this location often. It was one of our favorite spots. I had placed a catering order a week ago and called on the day of just to confirm that they had it and it would be ready and the manager could not have been ruder! He told me that they did indeed have my order, but he couldn’t foresee the future and promise me it would be ready. As I continued to ask him what exactly he meant, and if my order would be ready, he raised his voice and spoke to me very disrespectfully! He then proceeded to hang up in my face..
