Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Flowood

This is 3rd time to try this one. We aren't normally in the area with living in a diff area, but I understood the first time being that it opened a month before that, so training and learning. The first time the attitudes outside weren't good. Like why were we there type. The food was like it had been sitting there for a few hrs, but I guess since there were very few there. Chick fil a is normally a more upscaled type fast food, but this evening on 7-7-25 the attitudes were dragging again. When u work with the public, u need to hire people that will be welcoming. I normally do not complain, but they left one meal off of order When I tried being extra nice and look in the bag, the young girl at a little after 5 close to the register, but outside giving the food , was like im pretty sure everything is in there in a condescending way. I was nice, but still looked and after I said do I need to go back around she did applogize, but since it wasn't paid for, I said don't worry about it. I'm telling u if u dont get this together, u will lose business .For u to already have a 3 star total, that's not a good start. The one by...

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A numerous chances to get my order correct & the only time literally they get my order right is when I only order a drink. The fries are always cold. The grilled chicken sandwiches always seem to not be cooked fully. My salad is always not done correctly. Brought it back on 2 separate occasions & the same manager treated me like I was the problem. I truly don’t think the owner of this restaurant is hands on at all. We brought our grandchildren to eat there twice inside & were treated poorly & of course had to get our order corrected. I am done with this one. I will drive out of my way to only go to the dogwood & Brandon CFA’s. The few extra miles will be worth my time. I never have issues at those CFA’s. Order taker was all alone doing the best he could working front section all alone. Plus it took forever for me to get my order the area was not as clean as usual. Im used to them having several order takers and cleanliness and smiles. He was as kind as he could be working under stress and continuos customers returning with orders. They need to get him and possibly the cooks some help. My fries are usual hot to eat they were like warm. My nuggets were a little too brown. My lemonade was too tart and had very little ice.
