Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Foley

I wasn't even a fan of places that served cold sandwiches because in my mind I can make it at home for less. This all changed with Jimmy John's. The smell of the freshly baked wheat bread is enough to make my mouth water just thinking about it. The meat taste like high quality, and produce is always spectacular as well. I work in the mall and place an order from my Jimmy John's from time to time. Let me tell you something.... it doesn't matter if it's raining or shining they always deliver in a timely manner with a smile on their face. Sure there has been a change of staff over time but it never effects the culture. Whoever is the doing the training continue to do it. I've notice this is one of the few restaurants in foley Alabama that is consistent over 90% on the day to day operations. Big shout out to the JJ of Foley Alabama!...

I ordered $37 worth of sandwiches to be delivered. Ordering was fine, The food was fine, the delivery took 20 minutes. My complaint is after I placed the order and after it was delivered, I was told that they don't deliver to my location because it wasn't in the delivery area and they wouldn't deliver again. They advertise five miles from their location, my office is 2.8 miles. I'm not sure why all of a sudden they won't deliver in the area they advertise but the manager couldn't even be bothered to tell me that, they made the delivery driver do it. bad service is unacceptable. Bad service when there are six other sandwich companies within a 5-mile radius of you is most definitely unacceptable. I live 3 miles the other direction and they have no problem delivering to my house although I won't order...

Horrid experience, idk what'd happened 2 this jimmy johns location within the last 6mnths, maybe it starts with the un help fell manager.... my sandwich had 2 tomatoes the size of 50cent pieces and inch thick did not even run half the length of sandwich, 1 yes one layer of turkey, not even doubled , hardly any mayo, which normally I say light but 4got this time n 4 2 not even b enough 4 me says something . Rude manager she wants my sandwich back - just 2 throw away, I'm sure she must hate her job n she should just find another 1. Never again not even worth the time n effort...
