McDonald's — Restaurant in Foley

I went through the drive thru yesterday & it was the WORST decision I could’ve made. First off, I waited for 15-20 min for anyone to speak back after saying “hello” multiple times. I then notice 4 cars back out of the line next to me. Unfortunately I was stuck & couldn’t follow their lead. The line finally moved so I moved up without ordering yet. Oh btw I had paid on the app already. When I finally got to the first window the guy at least was friendly but said this happens all the time, took my code & waived me to the next guy who was, well never mind. He came to the window and said I’m going to have to go and get your sweet tea and I said “OK”and he said “do you want me to go get the sweet tea?” Before I asked where he had to go, his back was to me & he was gone. He came back & handed me the tea & waived me to the next window where NO ONE was! I wait about 10-15 min before I realized the whole process had taken 55 min & still no food so I Get out of my car and walk inside to find two people storming out, four people standing in line with no food and a girl with a bag in the middle of all of them looking like a blubbering idiot: she’s literally making no sense and nothing is getting accomplished. Finally, I speak up and explain that I have been waiting outside for nearly an hour and the drive-through and had no food. She asked what I ordered and I told her and guess what it was the cold sandwiches she was standing there holding in the bag! Not one time did anyone even say they were sorry and that is the worst part of the whole ordeal! Where in the hell is management? Obviously, the people working there Had no clue what they were doing and were extremely shorthanded apparently But them not knowing to at least apologize falls back on management. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again, and I don’t suggest anyone else goes either. Pathetic.. btw I couldn’t even eat the cold burgers & now concerned about where he went to get the tea because it wasn’t good either. Go hungry before you visit this particular establishment. They need to replace management...

The McDonalds on McKenzie St in Foley AL is the worst run fast food restaurant in the country! I live 5 mins away from it so it's unfortunate that it's the case. Although it is, McDonalds is the only place to go for certain items we like, ex: Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle, Egg McMuffin, Fish Sandwich, and the coffee is consistently good, compared to others. If y'all could do something about the people working there, it would be fine. Examples of issues we've had include: 1) When the drive-thru is too long, my husband has to hobble inside to place the order. Almost every time, when you walk up to the counter, nobody will wait on you. Literally, you will stand there for 10-15 mins before anybody even acknowledges you or tries to take your order. My husband ends up yelling, "Does anybody working the front"? 2) Usually you have better service in the drive-thru because they're trying to push those orders through quickly. The only problem we have is that although we ask for certain items, such as an extra syrup or for them to put a certain amount of Splenda or cream in our coffees, etc. If you don't go thru the whole bag before you leave the window, you will be missing something 8 out of 10 times. When you tell them about it, they act like it's coming out of their pocket and give you a look like you're crazy. I know this is a franchise and yes, we have tried contacting that owner several times to complain about certain issues and she could care less and sometimes never even call you back. As I walked in with a couple of my friends all the workers in there looked at us and walked away one saying "HELL NAH" I look and ask if theyre good and i get no response. After five minutes of waiting at the counter, someone finally comes up and takes my order and he's looking at me up and down with a weird look. I asked him if he's OK. He didn't responds with a lot of attitude and says no shut up and order im tired. We waited 10+ minutes for our food and my chicken nugget big brown chunky spot that i bit into. Food was cold, messy, rubbery etc. as I look in the kitchen, I see two down syndrome, twins drooling on the chicken nuggets as they're putting them in the box. I see what it looks like the manager chowing down on some fries in the back. One of the workers was caressing the burger with her bare hands as she was making it. I was very disgusted and by the time I got my food, I didn't want to eat. When I asked for my drink because they forgot it in the order a worker comes out and yells in my face "SWEET TEA" as she hands it to me. I wish I was lying, but this has been the worst experience of a fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to some bad fast food restaurants for anybody reading this do not come here.
