Unfortunately this was the absolute worst experience I have had at a restaurant in quite a while. There was only 4 people working a cook, a hostess, a cashier and someone working drive-thru. My visit lasted about 40 minutes and in that time I waited 10 minutes for a drink refill, 15 minutes for lettuce at the salad bar and pasta that was never replenished. The cook was so frustrated he turned off the warmers at buffet bar and demanded help. The hostess was apparently stressed yelling "excuse me" so she could refill the croutons. This is not the place to go for lunch buffet. They couldn't feed the people there yet continued to seat more patrons as they arrived. Get it together Pizza Hut call me when you do and we will consider trying it again. I just want to add that I called the phone number listed for comments, concerns and suggestions got a recording saying the line was not manned and my call would be returned in 48 hours. I left a VERY DETAILED message, needless to say I have not received a call back. This just confirms how much they don't care. Also about a week after I ordered pizza for pick-up. The restaurant was fully staffed, pizza was hot but I do believe the forgot the sauce. Read moreLiterally got off the phone with Willy. I told told him the pizza smell like burn popcorn and taste wasn’t great. Silence……………Buddy said, “well what do you want me to do?” Is the pizza burnt? Asking in a condescending way. It was the tone and the lack of proactivity that got me. Look I can’t make this up. The other gentleman that’s an employee understood assignment more. He offered me a credit or for it to be remade immediately. Before he passed the phone to Willy . I told him that I’d like for it to be remade but I just got off not too long ago. I don’t feel like driving back up there. I work in the service industry as well. I work hard for my money just like all of us. Just for context I didn’t call back with an attitude at all. I was met with a lack of concern. Take a look at all the reviews I’ve done. I give some great shoutouts to restaurants and businesses when they provide great service. I hope y’all can figure this out because this ain’t it. I told them to keep the credit and don’t remake it because it was going to come with a delivery fee. Also, the experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Read moreJust to be clear I'm utterly grateful for drive up windows and ordering online.. However my spouse is disabled so mostly we use these privileges. This particular evening we placed a order, roughly around $75.00. We missed our 4 day window to leave a personal review via email. Let's just say my husband is a extremely patient person. Upon arrival for our order there was only half of the order handed off. This didn't feel right to him so he checked it. The wings were missing. May I add he waited a hour, plus the wings had to be made. The Cinnabon box had plastic in the creme cheese topping when he brought it home. Now with all that being said, would you know their team did not so much bother to apologize. If it had not been for seat warmers the food would had to be heated up completely. Lastly, we haven't forgotten where we come from...we've not always had luxury. That's eating out included. Bologna, noodles and broken down vehicles. We believe in giving back well for what we have been privileged to get. Not for clout but because ppl remember kindness. This was our first time experiencing this with pizza hut.
