I placed an online order for the third time to this store and this is the first time I have had such an interaction with such rude employees. They were arguing at a DoorDash driver for something that wasn’t his or the customers fault simply because they had run out of something and the driver had confirmation from the DoorDash customer on what to replace the missing item with. Then, as I am standing in the line for my online order, the two women who are obviously overworked and shorted on staff, were trying to make my sandwich and other customers sandwiches. The short guy with a beard who had been arguing/yelling at the DoorDash driver comes to the front counter and asks what one of the ladies is working on, she tells him, and he says “oh, I am not worried about those to go orders.” My order is what he meant. I understand you are busy, but don’t talk like that where customers can hear you. All I wanted was to get my order and go about my day. It would also help if this store wasn’t out of everything. Read moreThe employees are emotionless drones. The male employee only said one thing, "Toasted?" He couldn't even put together a complete sentence. He didn't ask what kind of cheese we wanted, he just stood there and looked at us. The female employee was just as bad. She told us our total, didn't ask if we wanted chips or a drink. When we said we wanted 2 drinks she just rang us up, took our money, and walked off, didn't hand us our cups, so we had to ask the guy if we could have them. They didn't say thank you, they didn't respond when we said thank you. Wet dishtowels have better personalities. The restaurant itself was filthy. The tables were all dirty, the floor was covered in crumbs and trash and the bathrooms didn't have any paper towels. I wish I could say that maybe they were just having a bad day, but more than once I have had the same experience at this subway. I am never going back there again, and I intend on calling the manager about their employees. Common courtesy is not a hard concept, and if I am paying for food, and if they have the nerve to ask for tips then I expect to at least...

Whoever "Ginger Snapple" is on google reviews is completely exaggerating/ not giving credit to the employees who actually try to give you the best service they can. I've never once had any of the employees here ask me for a tip nor have I come into the restaurant and seen it dirty to the point he/she described. Not once. If they hired people who spoke English and didn't have they're head stuck up their butt they'd be alright (the two foreign women there.)
