McDonald's — Restaurant in Folsom

You people need to pay more attention to your stores (with unacceptable long lines at the drive ups....the food is always completely cold....NO EXAGGERATION for, example: I bought a new juicy 1/4 pounder W/cheese at first....I was impressed...it was hot....juicy.....on the outside....2 bites in and it was cold and raw...RAW HAMBURGER...I HAVE PICTURES!! How come every restaurant I know, including mine has had to deal with and hold up the Standards for food....predominately FOOD TEMPERATURES pertaining to HOT food and how it can become a problem quickly if not handled correctly, then folks get sick....so how come McDonald's consistently gets away with it? You serve cold hamburger)......and less attention to your bottom line. Do you operate in real time or are you stuck in a 50s mindset. Lets see....your prices go up and your portions sizes go down...your breakfast offerings are just something to shove down my throat....tasteless, bland and continue to shrink....i mean really...5 bucks for a syrup flavored .05 ounce piece of sausage in a cold bisquit And it seems no matter how much feedback or how many requests for new offerings or older items brought back that you receive from your loyal customers....you poo poo those who give you your life style by coming back over and over with nothing..or nothing they ask for...only the things you decide to dump on us.. Not me. Put a fork in it...im done...I have had it with McD. I have been eating your tired boring old stuff for over 50 years....back then....you were the bomb.....the fastfood standard bearer and innovator that got fast food off the ground......but Today....on a 1 -10....Ill be very generous with a -2. Its been a great run but im done spending my hard worked for money on garbage. The sodas and iced tea lines and containers should be kept cleaner....you can taste mold in tbe liquid. Apple pies are still great. I drink coffee by the gallons...its good stuff.....The rest.....until something convinces me to come back...can wait. When it comes to hamburger.......sell the hot food. hot and fully cooked. Or sell everything cold and get out of the hot fast food industry altogether before someone gets sick and sues you. Might sound harsh...but enough is enough....in and out is friendly..... fresh....hot....healthy......less expensive....quick....and miles ahead on quality.......superior tasting burgers....fast and fair service......every time...every where...every day. ...

I came to order and the food order was fine however the app was not giving me the correct code even after restarting the app removing wifi turning off and on the phone per guy who helped and then the manager came told me the same thing and I explained that I already did everything she is saying to do. Because he told me what to do...

She said well I'm not going to deal with this anymore and he isn't refreshing his app like I said too. . Lol I deal with phone issues and trouble shoot all day . But walked away just promoted my hashbrown she could done it a long time ago..

The app took my point anyway and not my fault and even me just posting this the code still reads the same and my phone died twice today...

Def will not go back because I don't need to deal with someone who can't solve an issue or problem...

Mcdonalds is fine until you get home to see thay you didnt get all the food you payed for. I would be more understanding if it was even remotely busy but it wasnt when I ordered curbside and waited to get my order with 20 piece nuggets. Only got 10. Very frustrating when the ticket on the bag in big letters clearly states 3 items, one of which is 20 McNuggets.

Also side note, they charge you now for each sauce that used to limited but complimentary.

Checked the app to see what i could do to report missing food, and it says to contact the restaurant. I'm not going to further inconvenience myself after a long day to call the specific restaurant and drive back to the restaurant to grab missing food or argue about a refund. Big disappointment...
