Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Folsom

I ordered a few large pizzas for takeout last Friday, and the experience was top-notch. The order was ready right on time, Hot, and packed neatly. The staff at the front counter was courteous (Vee and Ashley) and even helped bring the boxes to my car since I had my toddler with me. Every time I walk into this location, I’m impressed with how clean and well-kept everything is. You can tell the owner and team take pride in the place—it feels cared for, and that really matters. We got the Mountain-sized Pepperoni and Veggie Combo both were absolutely loaded with toppings, just the way we like it. And I couldn’t resist grabbing a cold beer while I waited. Seriously, they have the coldest beer in town, and it hits different when you’ve had a long day. I’ll keep coming back, whether it’s for a quick lunch, football game nights, or family...

When you imagine a neighborhood pizza parlor, you picture being greeted by a friendly staff, enjoying video games with the kids, large televisions everywhere playing your favorite sporting events, a nice cold brew for the adults and running into neighbors and friends as you wait for your consistently great pie. This is the exact feeling my family and I have every time we enter our neighborhood "PARKWAY" Mountain Mike's Pizza Parlor. The owners are very hands on and want to ensure a great product is served every time. We love the pizza here because the recipe's are consistent and we know what we are going to get each time we order. Our favorites are the McKinley, Everest and Pike's Peak. This location is awful. Once I walked in no one said hi.

I informed the employee that I have a online order.

Then they mention I owe money.

I said I paid already through the app.

Once I finally got my food. I noticed the wings I had was boneless. I wanted bone in.

So I met with the manager. And I informed her I order bone in not boneless.

So went back and fourth on it over some wings.

More story to it but making the story short.

Weird that to lose a customer and future customers I could had brought over.

Over boneless wings.

This happened on May 10th between 3:30 - 4:30 pm.

If the owner or corporate wants to check the cameras they will see that I was friendly about it. And at the in the conversation I said thank you.

And she didn't respond back.
