entering you will get cheapy menus to look at before ordering at front desk. You have to order first get a number and sit wherever you want. So yes you also pay first. That’s fine but why am I being asked to tip before service starts? News flash tips are for the service you received. Tips are not suppose to mandatory but optional- somehow we go to this point where it’s mandatory. Anyways the staff was very nice. Everyone was and they all worked together. We had several different people bringing foods or asking how it was and picking up dishes. I gave service a 4/5 only because we get our own utencils, water, siracha, napkins on our own(which I like). Now for the food. Our first visit I got the short rib rice plate. The meet was tough. My second visit I got the Pho w/ brisket. It was the worse pho I ever had. I literally had to take out every piece of meet because it was fatty as can be. Chewy fat and I don’t know how anyone would dare to serve such a dish (see photo). I hate to be that guy and say something that sounds so harsh but they had no problem serving this so perhaps some people enjoy eating chewy fat??? My wife got the pork chop rice plate and it was good. We all ate off her plate. The kids got the chicken plate which was ok. This was our second visit and my wife likes it for the most part. Will probably be back but I know what not to get.

Shaken Beef Saltado Garlic Noodle dish was yummy, but the beef was a bit salty. Adding french fries to the dish was a clever fusion idea, but don't expect authentic Asian dishes here. The Chicken Vermicelli noodle dish was large and came with a great mixing sauce. You can tell the store tries hard to order higher end ingredients and excite the local crowd through Asian fusion dishes. It mostly works, but feels a bit overpriced. The reception man was pleasant and pretended to be patient, but you could tell he was anxiously waiting to do anything but help on the inside. The female African American bartender was sincere and outstanding. She took her time and really seemed to care that you had a great experience.

OK, weird. Grab dirty plastic menu on the way in. Stand there reading the menu and order at counter. They let me sit down to decide on my order and then go up to the counter to order. Small menu for Vietnamese food. Not a problem. Just mentioning it. Ordered a Coke. Room temp can?! Noodles e does that. Ordered oxtail lemongrass soup. Good, not great. They could not give me less noodles. I thought that was weird. The ingredients are quality. Points for that.

We’ve been to the other Saigon Alley locations before, but we think this one might just become our favorite! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a modern twist that still honors Vietnamese culture. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Katie made some delicious recommendations that truly elevated our meal, Mikaela was incredibly attentive throughout our visit, and Elijah checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was just right. You can really feel the care and hospitality in every detail. We’re already looking forward to...
