entering you will get cheapy menus to look at before ordering at front desk. You have to order first get a number and sit wherever you want. So yes you also pay first. That’s fine but why am I being asked to tip before service starts? News flash tips are for the service you received. Tips are not suppose to mandatory but optional- somehow we go to this point where it’s mandatory. Anyways the staff was very nice. Everyone was and they all worked together. We had several different people bringing foods or asking how it was and picking up dishes. I gave service a 4/5 only because we get our own utencils, water, siracha, napkins on our own(which I like). Now for the food. Our first visit I got the short rib rice plate. The meet was tough. My second visit I got the Pho w/ brisket. It was the worse pho I ever had. Will probably be back but I know...

Read moreWe’ve been to the other Saigon Alley locations before, but we think this one might just become our favorite! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a modern twist that still honors Vietnamese culture. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Katie made some delicious recommendations that truly elevated our meal, Mikaela was incredibly attentive throughout our visit, and Elijah checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was just right. You can really feel the care and hospitality in every detail. We’re already looking forward to...
