Bakers is my go to restaurant for fast food. But the bakers on citrus and foothill is just not a good place to eat. Give me really careful I have a personal opinion that it is the management. That is the problem in that restaurant. Diana has a terrible attitude. In fact, I don't know if her parents own that restaurant. And that's why she works there or continues to work there. It's not for her pleasant attitude that Is for sure. She's very much overweight and does not move very freely around that restaurant easily and, I feel that's why slow and lousy attitudes are the words for this place. Now don't give me wrong. I love bakers and I eat their everyday. Just not at this bakers. It's very close to my house right around the corner, actually. Yet I will drive all the way down to citrus and Valley To eat at Bakers. I Will no longer support Lousy attitudes and slows service beyond belief. For no reason at all other than she's too fat To move or her fingernails, get in the way of working. The casserole register, which I'm sure they do. I'm not making these statements over one visit. I have lived next door to this place for close to 40 years now. And i.e. Bakers all the time but I will not support this restaurant anymore. I will drive out of my way If I have to. Do whoever owns this place? My God, Get it together, get rid of summer. Your so-called long-term employees that are not doing you any good. Like, let's say the D word, She needs to go. I'm sure it will make a great impact on your business without this person And her lousy attitude.
So don't stop eating a Baker's. Go to the one down on citrus and Valley. The food is better absolutely better. And the attitude, my God, there is no attitude. Just nice, friendly people who are actually working hard. Because that place is busy. Unlike the bakers on citrus and 14th that places nobody in mine. And it takes 30 minutes to get through N end up with...
Read moreVery disappointed, this review doesn't reflect the service. The staff is always very friendly and professional when we come here, not only was Bakers at one point my favorite fast food chain... but this one in particular was my favorite. Food was always great, but as of late the quality has gone way down hill. Tonight I ordered a Mama meal... the bread was stale, the burger patty was so thin it was (and I'm not exaggerating) the width of a dvd, the sauce tasted old alot like vinegar, and there was a tiny bit of yellow lettuce (like they use bagged lettuce and this was the scraps at the bottom they had to use up before opening a new bag) the fries were all hard and brown and the soda tasted awful with no carbonation. I wasn't the only one who noticed this about the soda, several people came up with the same complaint and asked to switch sodas. Sorry to say, it's been going down hill for a while but tonight hit rock bottom. I've had similar experiences with other Bakers as well,...
Read moreI wasn't going to submit a review, but after my third visit in the past 30 days, I am very disappointed. Not only has my order been wrong each time, but the food quality seems neglected, as if it's been sitting there unattended before being sold to the next customer. My burrito was stale. Another time, I asked for a chorizo burrito and received an egg and cheese burrito instead. There have also been occasions when my order was incomplete, missing items entirely. At this point, I will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this specific location. Additionally, the young lady at the drive-through has a consistently negative attitude. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it’s unacceptable for it to be a recurring issue. Some staff retraining is needed, or they will continue to...
