Little Caesars — Restaurant in Fontana

The less than stellar Google Maps reviews on this Little Caesars location are pretty accurate. I made the mistake of placing an order online for a pizza and breadsticks at 7:30pm and I was given a woefully inaccurate pick up time (it said my order would be ready between 7:56-8:01). For the next hour after placing the order their online tracker was stuck on “in the oven”. When I arrived at 8:30 figuring the online tracker was simply never updated or wasn’t working properly, the staff couldn’t find my order. They apparently thought the order had been canceled (don’t know what gave them that impression) and I overheard them say they thought the order was cancelled and they changed the name on the order for some unknown reason. Eventually they found my order after ten minutes of going back and forth with the kitchen staff, but the pizza itself still left much to be desired. I’d forgive the mishaps with the times not being accurate or even thinking that it was a canceled order, but the carelessness with which my pizza was made was self-evident. It’s like they just grabbed handfuls of ingredients and dropped them where they lay. I guess I should expect such poor quality for their prices and this sort of disorganization with the apparent lack of direction and management. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again. I’d rather spend three times the cash at Graziano’s right around the corner for quality pizza and better customer service than wasting my time with this Little...

This place is filthy! The guy cooking my pizza was dripping sweat, another guy just sitting on a chair on his phone, line out the door, not a cafe in the world. I walk up to the counter with a 2 liter and say charge me for this too while he walks up with my order , rings me up, I pay, then he tells me oh I didn’t charge you for the soda. second time having this pizza in my life ever. I wanted to give them the benefit, so I tried again. Seriously, their pizza makes me want to vomit. I was here for the pretzel pizza, but the dough used want not pretzel. I really wanted to like the crew, they are part of our community after all. And I used to work for a chain pizza. But this crew right here, they really dont want to be here..and it shows. Are they the rejects from Dominos or Pizza Hut?!
