Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Simi Valley

The less than stellar Google Maps reviews on this Little Caesars location are pretty accurate. I made the mistake of placing an order online for a pizza and breadsticks at 7:30pm and I was given a woefully inaccurate pick up time (it said my order would be ready between 7:56-8:01). For the next hour after placing the order their online tracker was stuck on “in the oven”. When I arrived at 8:30 figuring the online tracker was simply never updated or wasn’t working properly, the staff couldn’t find my order. They apparently thought the order had been canceled (don’t know what gave them that impression) and I overheard them say they thought the order was cancelled and they changed the name on the order for some unknown reason. Eventually they found my order after ten minutes of going back and forth with the kitchen staff, but the pizza itself still left much to be desired. I’d forgive the mishaps with the times not being accurate or even thinking that it was a canceled order, but the carelessness with which my pizza was made was self-evident. It’s like they just grabbed handfuls of ingredients and dropped them where they lay. I guess I should expect such poor quality for their prices and this sort of disorganization with the apparent lack of direction and management. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again. I’d rather spend three times the cash at Graziano’s right around the corner for quality pizza and better customer service than wasting my time with this Little...

Disappointing Experience at Little Caesars Pizza

I recently visited Little Caesars Pizza for “three times” and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite being excited to try their pizza, I encountered numerous issues that made the meal unpleasant.

Late Orders: Firstly, the orders took an incredibly long time for pickup for the first two times, in the third time we didn’t get our order, I understand that pizzas can take some time to prepare, but we waited for over an hour for the food and we get the pizza.

Poor Service: In addition, the service was very poor. The staff seemed disorganized and confused, and didn't seem to have a clear understanding of what was going on.

Unorganized: Lastly, the restaurant itself was unorganised, and there seemed to be no clear system The atmosphere was chaotic and stressful, Unsafe crowded.

Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The late orders, poor service, and unorganized atmosphere made for a disappointing and frustrating order. I hope that the restaurant can improve in these areas in the future, but for now, I would suggest finding another place to...

I like this particular spot because they don't over sauce the pizza. But I do not like the customer service. Their attitude is very rude. I ordered everything online they didn't have ranch. So in order to remove the purchase of the ranch they had to cancel my order but by doing so it would remove my discount that I already purchased online and they were going to make me pay the full price that doesn't make sense. Also they do not have signs that say that they do not take hundred dollar bills. So I said, I will come back to get change but the line is being long I did not want to stand in line again nor should I have to and they're just rude about it saying that while for having another customer you're just going to have to wait.
