The person in the drive thru completely rushed us at the speaker, despite there being NO other cars in line (or even in the parking lot, for that matter). When we pulled up to the window, the only acknowledgement we got was an index finger pointing toward a place we were told to park: "Waiting on chicken tenders." The window then closed as my husband tried to ask a question, and the drive thru attendant briskly turned her back. Didn't walk away to handle another task, simply turned her back to us and stood still.
Eventually, a young man brought our food to the car. Again, no acknowledgement, just thrust the bag through the window and walked away before we even had a chance to say "Thank you." And of course...two items were missing.
I walked inside, half expecting to find an overcrowded lobby that might explain the "we're-so-busy-in-here-that-we-can't-be-bothered" nature of the folks on staff. Alas, there was only one person waiting off to the side for their food. No big lines or crowds, ZERO seated guests, ZERO people waiting to place orders.
Three uniformed employees could be seen behind the counter. NOT ONE acknowledged me as I stood directly in front of them. When one young lady finally did look in my direction, I said "Hi, I just came through the drive through and..." Again, an index finger was pointed. No words came out of this employee, nor did she let me finish my sentence before waving me off. She just pointed at someone else and proceeded to look down at her phone. Before I could say another word, a man turned around and said "ONION RINGS? We forgot your onion rings?"
Onion rings were not one of the items we'd purchased, but it was clear that some other patrons were probably missing theirs (which really is for the best...you'll see). I listed the two items we were missing, and he handed them to me without a word. Not another word from anyone.
We arrived home and doled out the food. The chicken tenders we'd waited on? I can only describe them as "rancid." The oil they were cooked in hadn't been changed in God knows HOW long (either that or they're running some kind of pilot program where they recycle used oil from diesel trucks...it's the only plausible explanation). The odor practically knocked us down when we opened the box. The color and texture...these poor tendies were SO VISIBLY "off." I can't believe they actually served these; I really can't...they were rather obviously not up to any kind of palatable standard (both sight and smell-wise). I can only hope our olfactory systems recover from the stench...no joke.

Read moreI made an online order, and when I got there I was told that the employees were on a break and I could wait in the drive thru until they're off their break. This is unacceptable! My order was ready, but nobody could give me my order because they're on their breaks. Why are all working employees taking breaks at the same time and not assisting customers?! Finally after 15 minutes of waiting at the window for someone to help me, my order was canceled. No food for us tonight I guess. This is ridiculous!
Updated: I went back last night with a mobile order, and was told that they were out of what I ordered. Problem is... I was charged from the app, and they told me they can't refund my money even though I didn't receive my food.
