Domino's pizza — Restaurant in Fontana

I decided to give them another try Today. My pizza was still 5 mins late from my estimate time. Ok I get it they’re probably busy and understaffed. However, my son found a huge long black hair in his pizza cover with the cheese. That’s pretty gross. I don’t think I can give them anoher chance. I’ll just take my business back to Pirate Pizza.

Order 3 pizzas at 3:00pm my estimated time for them to be ready was from 3:47-3:57 pm I arrived at the store to pick it up at 4:05 and they said my pizza was t even put in the oven yet so they’re making me wait another 20 mins I understand if they’re busy but the time should be reflected on your estimated time your pizza will be ready. This is not good customer business they’re new to our community and if this is the customer service experience we are getting I can see them loosing...

I really appreciate that this Domino's went above and beyond. I placed my order around 8:11pm. Simple order: 2 medium pizzas. It's 9:11pm now and I see that the tracker still says my order is being prepped. I gave them a quick call. Calm and collected. No anger. No rage. I simply asked if there was something wrong with my order or maybe it was lost. The answer was simple. They only had 1 delivery driver at the time and the employees will not start baking the pizzas until the driver returns. This way, your order is hot and fresh out of the oven. I was not looking for any freebies. Domino's had apologized for the inconvenience and treated me with a dessert and a 2 liter soda. I'm not one who writes reviews but this Domino's...

Every time I order from this location my food takes almost 2 hours to be delivered and each time I call in to see the status of my order they always lie and say that it is on its way, so a long time passes & I have to call in again and they then proceed to tell me that it is now leaving the store when they told me that on the fist phone call I made! These employees really need to learn time management! The fact that they lie is what really gets to me, maybe if they would actually explain what’s going on then I would have a bit more...
