At Pho Noodle and Grill, one is immediately enveloped in the heady fragrance of simmering broth, hinting at the care behind each dish. The pho, a symphony of flavors, showcases a deep, savory broth that marries beautifully with the tender slices of meat, fresh herbs, and silky rice noodles. Each spoonful offers a comforting yet complex flavor profile. The shrimp spring rolls are delicate, wrapped with precision, and the beef with rice bursts with rich, umami notes. Portions are thoughtfully sized, providing excellent value for money.
The staff are warm, ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. Notably, the menu caters thoughtfully to vegan diners, with tofu dishes and vibrant, fresh toppings like jalapeños and mint. The balance of traditional and modern Vietnamese cuisine is handled with finesse. As a finishing touch, the robust Vietnamese coffee, sweetened with condensed milk, is both indulgent and invigorating. An experience that leaves you both satisfied and...
Read moreWe caught this place late at night while desperately looking for a place to eat late night. I ordered their number 12 and an order of egg rolls.

The other disappointment was the quality of the veggies they brought out for the pho. The beans sprouts were barely enough for one bowl the jalapeños and limes were dry as well as the leaves.
The only thing that gives me hope was the quality of their egg rolls. They were fantastic, the outside so crispy and the filling so full of flavor. Maybe pho isn't their strength but their egg roles make me curious as to whether their other dishes are...
Read moreHad high expectations for T-pho. We saw that they had decent reviews so we stopped by for an early lunch. The place was pretty much empty. So we were greeted and seated promptly. Service was great but unfortunately the food was a big let down. The pho broth was not fresh tasting, the noodles were overcooked and the meat was chewy. We love us some pho but this was by far the worst pho we had. We also ordered some eggs rolls which were ok they were actually the best thing we ordered. Also got a durian milkshake but it was made from artificial powder not fresh fruit. So it wasn't that good. Overall this spot just wasn't up to par. Very underwhelming and we won't...
