The reason for my 0 rating is due to the fact that the estimated time exceeded the actual time I received my order by 40 minutes, which the whole time I was waiting outside the store since they weren’t allowing customers in the lobby. I also gave it a 0 rating because when I ordered online I chose the “pay at store” option and when I arrived I saw a sign on the store that said that I would need to call to make the order using card only as they do not accept cash but as I gave dominos a call and spoke to Bryan, he said to come on in but during that conversation he told me to wait and stayed on the phone for about 5 minutes while I could hear all the employees in the background, which he had ended up forgetting I was on the phone which led me to hang up. And as I was waiting in line to pay with my card (as Bryan said it would be okay to) another employee came out saying that cash is not allowed and if we’re here to pay with card we would have to call. So it seems that there is a lack of communication with dominos and it’s employees with what their procedures are. And after we received our order and was back on the road, we decided to check if we received our sauces and to our surprise, we didn’t receive any of the sauces we paid for and our 2 liter drink. We already had a bad experience while we were at the store that we just wanted to grab our pizzas and go which caused us to realize what was missing long after we left the store. And after realizing what had been missing I called the store to see if we can drive back and pick up what wasn’t given, they said yes but as I arrived the employee that came out to assist, said there was no recollection of a call that I had made notifying them of our missing items and questioned and doubted me saying that...
Read moreAvoid this location if you expect your food on time. Three times I have come here, each time has been far, far past the estimated wait time.
Yesterday was an estimated 88-98 minutes, which is already a long time but expected on a holiday. Waited till the time, no status change to the tracker.
Dropped by the location to see what’s up, at this point it’s already been 2 1/2 hours past my order time, and they said it would still be another 35 minutes plus… That’s over 3 hours for just two medium pizzas.
Gave up and took my business else where. This is the last chance I give this establishment. They either need to find a way to expand their kitchen to meet peak demand or find a way to more accurately represent their horrendously long wait times.
I would strongly suggest to either take your business to a different franchised Dominoes, or take your money to a quality...
Read moreI dont even know where to start. First off I just want to say I never was a big fan of Dominoes Pizza since the early 2000’s and only because of what one dumb employee who was terminated did and that is pee in the dough at the Paramount location off of Alondra. It made the news because it was caught on surveillance and I just never looked at Dominos the same way since. Now, my family and Friends have been shifting more twds Dominos from Pizza Hut and Papa Johns the last couple of years. I started seeing Dominos pizza in my house more n more I eventually gave in and became a Dominos pizza lover myself. Fast fwd to Today…. i never been so disappointed and disgusted 🤮 in Dominos in Fontana off of Sierra Lakes Pkwy. My daughter noticed something black in her cheese pizza when she bit into it and it was a fly
The only thing about this place is the guy who gave us...
