January 17th at 5:58pm I went to Dunkin with my family. I walked up to the cashier and he was a very young gentleman but very kind. I placed an order and he took it perfectly all I did was add āadd onsā to one of the drinks. I took a seat as I waited for the drinks, I looked over and saw behind the cash register a slim young lady with glasses making weird faces towards the drink I had ordered and was talking to the young man rudely which I didnāt understand what the issue was. Until, I saw she snatched the drink away and I saw the way she was being rude to the young gentleman. She kept questioning the drink and asking him what it had in a rude tone. After, the girl with the glasses snatched the drink away she called my order so I can go ahead and grab it. I stood up and walked over and as soon as I was about to reach for my drink she proceeded to say Im not sure where youāve done this before but here we don't do that okay? We don't add matcha cold foam here but Iāll give it to you she spoke with a rude attitude while giving me a mean look. I was in disbelief she spoke that way if nobody did anything to her. After taking a sip of my drink it was absolutely perfect! He did a good job with the drink, we even apologized to him for the way the girl with the glasses spoke to him. I love coming by here regularly and I have never had an issue with my orders even when it comes to the add ons. This took me by surprise and her being rude with no reason makes me not...

My husband got his drink, I had waited for a bit for mine, a different employee came out and I told my husband I think that one is mine but she went to a different car. So my husband gets out to go see whatās taking so long. As Iām waiting I hear her tell the guy order for Alyssa and he was like no and she was all well take it then they just made it. I didnāt say anything cause he already had it and with the virus I didnāt want to risk it, I have two small children. My husband told me that inside they told him the girl who we saw was supposed to give me my drink, he told them she got into a different car. They confirmed that she Indeed gave my drink to her friend and they had to make me a new one. The drink is still fire. Service from the people inside was amazing as always. The one girl shouldnāt have given my drink to her friend who wasnāt even parked in the curbside parking like I was, I think she shouldnāt handle curbside pick ups incase she gives someone elseās drink...

Don't let any manager or staff tell you otherwise we pay too much for a drink to be disappointed and unable to enjoy it afterward. Dunkin is inconsistent when making drinks it doesn't matter the location. This is due to the franchise being new, high employee turn over and poor management in the initial phases.I have had the same issue I know because Iorder the same drink all the time. I can tell by the look when my order is wrong. I refused to take the drink i only convinced the manager who was working the window that it was incorrect after trying it. Only then did they offer to redo the drink. This is the reason for the ONE star rating. There should be no push back just remake the drink, make sure the customer is satisfied and apologize for the mistake. That is good customer service!
