Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fontana

I used to come here in the mornings to pick up breakfast before work. One morning I was trapped in the drive thru with several other cars for over 25 minutes before the front car finally pulled away. The next few cars paused at the window briefly and also drove away empty handed.

The girl in window told me her computer had JUST shut down and asked me to wait a moment. I fell for it for all of 20 seconds because in the background the other employees were scrambling under the tables pulling wires trying to find the source of an obvious power outage. I left too. Why didn't they just say that? Why not just be honest about the inconvenience and let me be on my way?

Nope, they'd rather hold customers hostage and make everyone late to work to make a quick buck. I was late and I had to explain the silly reason why to my boss. I haven't been back since. This happened a few years ago so hopefully the staff has been trained better on how to handle unforseen situations. I don't know if they've changed...

My grandfather ordered four Jumbo Jacks and that's not what I wanted I wanted the number six not the the hashtag number six is the ultimate cheeseburger and as we arrived there we went there the girl was being so rude she was like that is the ultimate cheeseburger I'm like no it's not it's the jumbo check seriously can a Jumbo Jack have two meats and ultimate cheeseburger has two meats and cheese really? And the manager got so heated because you can't take the other Burger back so I'm lucky I gave the other one from my mom so yeah Jack in the Box do better please that manager and the employee are nothing but poor little...

Most times i go here my food is nice and fresh. Fries are crispy and sandwich hot/warm. Which is always a plus for me. Customer service seems to lack a little on most employees except a young man with a nice comb-over. He's always the nicest one there. 10/10 customer service. Hes always smiling and polite. Other young people there who i come across are very rude. And dont seem to care about their customer service. Especially one young man with curly hair. Seems like he doesn't like his job at all. But all in all as long as the other nice young man is there this will be...
