Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fontana

Horrible service. My first time ever at a jersey mikes. I told the girl taking my order (Val?) was very rude. And seemed to be in a rush despite not having many people in the store. I asked if I could do a build my own like subway. I had seen TikTok's from Jersey mikes account of people doing the same and saw their customer facing topping station. She said no and picked a random sandwich to charge me for (the more expensive of the options). She started listing off options which made me feel rushed and I ended up with an extremely basic sandwich. On top of that every other customer that came in after me I saw got asked at the toppings station and was able to build their own like at subway. They also didn't have Val. So I'm assuming it's Val's customer service. However this location just opened. So if that's how their customer service is within their first week I would hate to see how bad it gets in a month. This put a bad taste in my mouth for Jersey mikes in general. Not sure if I'll visit any other location...

I just had the worst experience of my life at Jersey Mike’s. I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for about 20 years. This particular Jersey Mike’s is on Cherry in Fontana right off foothill. Thanks to Liz, I am very unsatisfied. I ordered the number nine which I usually order every time and I substitute the bacon for ham with no problem at any other Jersey Mike’s that I go to for some reason Liz did not want to exchange my bacon for ham and I didn’t really like her attitude. She could’ve did it. She just chose not to hope it was nothing personal like race. I’m also disappointed because that jersey Mike’s is closer to my house than the one on Sierra slover but I guess I will be going to the one on Sierra and slover where it’s minorities and I don’t feel like racism...

Clearly a lot of these bad reviews are fake..they are repeated with the same text with multiple accounts…this place is amazing and had a really great experience the manager Dominic was very involved and all the staff was very friendly the sub was made perfectly and was very delicious! I highly recommend this location..super clean and great...
