I went to McDonald's with my children on Wednesday. I was very unsatisfied. How the stuff is there? There was a manager sitting in the first table with her boyfriend, kissing and hanging all over each other. While other employees were sitting with her as the girl brought me my food in front of my kids, I told her my fries are cold. She looked at me and told me OK give them to me. I handed them back to her. She walked through the lobby showed the girl that was sitting with her boyfriend. They were saying something. Started laughing. She stuck her tongue out and went back. It didn't even look like they gave me fresh fries. It looks like they just dipped it back in the oil and gave them back to me. This McDonald has went down. I used to come here all the time. And the service from all these young girls in here Unprofessional, don't know what customer service is about. Looks like. Management doesn't even speak fluent english and the staff they have. They need more fluent people which you're gonna understand and they're gonna be more polite. This is ridiculous. You pay money and the service they give you and for the girl to be hanging on her boyfriend in the lobby is very bad, especially in front of young kids. And she had her uniform on which was a Gray shirt, which is a manager shirt. They should go through surveillance and see. It was around 730 on Wednesday, the 17th of July. I am gonna take this issue further. Because McDonald's needs to reconsider hiring more older people. Not young ones that don't...
Read moreThe drive thru line was spilling out into the street so I decided to go inside. Had I known how long I'd have to wait on my food inside, I would have waited in the drive thru line. I ordered a 20 piece nugget, medium fry, cheeseburger, 2 large drinks and an Iced coffee at 9:30pm. After watching several people that ordered after me get their food as well as several door dash orders just sitting on the counter and seeing the people behind the counter repeatedly print out order tickets that were, in one woman's words "timed out" I still had not received my food although on the screen my order came and went under the heading "now serving. I told the woman behind the counter that I had been waiting about 40 minutes already and asked how much longer it would be, she asked what my order number was and went back to the order screen. I noticed a couple of the tickets that she had printed out on the floor. I'm assuming my order was on one of those tickets because a little over 20 minutes later, I got my order. No "sorry for the delay" no nothing. I get that they were slammed but they were able to serve others that arrived after me in less time. The focus was more on getting drive thru and door dash customers served while clearing the system of the inside orders to keep the time down in spite of the orders not actually being ready. By the time I got my food it was 10:41pm. An hour and 11 minutes to receive what I ordered is beyond crazy. I included my order slip complete with the...
Read moreThe employees here have no idea what they are doing. You know how most McDonald’s has two areas to order. There’s the left hand side and the right. I went in the right. Tell me why I sat there for 20 minutes watching 6 cars that were behind me get in the left hand lane and go past me to pay. I’m a patient person, but cmon. Don’t have two lanes open if you don’t have two people who know how to take orders. We’ve gone here for happy meals because you know…kids love happy meals. Every time they’ve forgotten the sauce. Idk about you but my kid will not eat nuggets without the sauce. If you go here you literally have to sit there and look in your bag in front of them to make sure you got your sauces and what you ordered. One time we went in to get the sauces (completely empty on the inside) and all the employees just ignored us. My bf went behind the counter and got them himself and literally not one employee batted an eye. I understand food service and customer service is challenging but they need better training and better leadership because the people running it have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and seem...
