My Wife, 3 kids and I are in the drive through and we are watching as the person in front of us receives 3 happy meals and a couple of other bags. Then we see the driver handing back all the food to the young lady working the drive through. That's when I realize that this was our order handed to the wrong person.
So when we get to the window the person working the drive through window starts to hand us the food that the previous driver touched and my Wife is like no way please remake our order but the employee refuses and says the food is fine. So of course with Covid and all the other unhealthy things going around my Wife asks for a refund then.
The lady working the window rudely tells us to pull forward and park and wait for the manager. So after about 15 minutes of waiting the manager comes out and we explain the situation. We then have to wait another 20 minutes to get our refund. Worse and most disgusting McDonald's ever!
Placed an order on the app on 3/22/2025 and when we went to pick it up the young lady said it was canceled even though they charged my credit card!
4/19/2021 Order $44 worth of breakfast on Uber Eats from this place and they didn't supply any syrup, butter, utensils, or any other important condiments !
12/18/2022 My kids made me come back to this place and it took 36 minutes for our curbside order and they also forgot a couple of items!
4/15/2023 Another horrible experience! Ordered on the App and of course the order was not ready and rude customer service. I hate this place!

Read moreI went there about an hour and a half ago. They had two drive-thru lanes; one was on the left (closest to the building), and the other on the right. As soon as the car ahead of me pulled up to the pay window, I pulled in so that I can make my order; however, no one came onto the speaker to help me. I watched three cars enter the right lane and they all received service before me and pull forward to the pay-window. As such, I just pulled up to the pay-window and asked if I can place my order. The cashier said yes, and proceeded to take my order, which came out to over $22. I pay, then pull to pick up my order at the main pick-up window, but the employee told me to pull forward and wait at another pick-up window. So I did and waited for about 15 minutes (if not longer). I watched AT LEAST 8 cars behind me receive their orders at the main pick-up window, and some of the bags were big, as if they were large orders! Obviously, I was upset, so I went inside to kindly (because I didn't want to make a scene) and patiently asked for a refund. The manager didn't even ask me what the problem was. She just said "I need your card". So I gave her my debit card and receipt, then she went to the back to process the refund. When she returned, the refund receipt was almost illegible probably because the printer was running out of ink. At any rate, I thought it was sketch that she took my debit card to the back, so I made her aware that I better not see any unauthorized charges on my card. She did say that she wouldn't do that because there are cameras everywhere and she didn't want to lose her job, and she also apologized for the bad experience. Read moreWent to McDonald's on Foothill and Cherry on 03\20\21 to purchase a meal for my family big mistake! While going through the drive thru they kept getting our order wrong. When we got to the window to pay they accepted our payment and told us to park and wait for our oder to be completed. When they brought our oder, again it was wrong! They messed up on one of the sandwiches. They returned to replace it. We waited for a half hour! I checked and opened the box my cinnamon roll was in and found they had placed it in the box upside down which resulted in the frosting covering the inside of the box instead of the roll! I got out to return it and waited another 10mins. Finally received the rest of the order and returned to my car. When we got home we found everything cold and hard. We called back to obtain a refund and received rudness, arguments and total disrespect. We asked for the managers name and she refused and passed the phone to her employee who gave us a name Veronica (couldn't understand what she said for her last name) we asked for the corporate number she replied we could look it up then disconnected the call.
