I once gave it 5 stars, but lately, the drinks have been horrible. There is no consistency in how they prepare their drinks. Depending on the staff person, you will get a different taste. So when I see it is one of their male staff making drinks, I have to ask them to make it extra sweet. Their boba is also sometimes overcooked or under, depending on the time of the day. If you ask them to remake it, you can tell they aren't too happy about it eventhough thats their own policy.
Drinks sometimes aren't sealed properly. Twice I had the seal come off and one of those times some of my drink spilled as I was getting in my car and but luckily the drink was in a bag with other ones I ordered.
Not to mention, the service is horrible. Tip culture is out of hand. These young employees expect a tip for doing something they already get paid for being employed. If you dont tip, you get some MEAN LOOKS AND ATTITUDE from them, specifically the female staff. Read moreI was charged twice for a cup of boba I had purchased. I passed by the shop later in the week so I decided to go in there to ask for the refund for the extra charge. The cashier had an awful attitude and kept saying there was a problem with his machine and a bunch of other lame excuses. Said multiple times he did not care about the $5, so then refund and fix your mistake! But no - he even made a snide remark and said what if someone came asking for a $100 refund am I supposed to do it. Come on. DO BETTER. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND just try to BE A LITTLE SMART.

They told me the Matcha, Green Teas, and Chocolate Milk Teas aren't caffeinated... which is not true. Matcha and Green Tea have a lot of caffeine and Chocolate contains caffeine as well.
My husband kindly corrected her and said Matcha is caffeinated. She took great offense, sneered, and continued her conversation with her coworker.
When we ordered, we asked for the Winter Melon Tea. She asked us if we wanted the Green Tea Winter Melon or the Winter Melon Milk Tea. We said the Milk Tea, not the green tea...
