Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Fontana

If I could I’d give them 0 stars but I have to put one to the tell you my experience here , went to the drive threw for two regular dip cones paid for it while still waiting behind a car that’s waiting on there food for about 10 mins then we get to the window First Lady kept dropping the ice cream into the chocolate she started getting frustrated she asked another girl to do it and she continued to drop the ice cream about 10 mins goes by still waiting for our two regular dip cones they tell us to move to the front to wait longer 5 mins later I go in to see what’s taking so long to make two regular dipped cones and the lady hands me two small dipped cones isn’t that just annoying we just wanted to treat ourself to some dipped ice cream and we wait about 25 mins and get what we didn’t even pay for oh I forgot to mention while we were waiting by the drive threw window I was looking at how unsanitary they are! The two lady’s who were handling our ice cream were also handling money so how disgusting is it how they are touching people filthy money and cards and also touching our ice cream cones even thoe there is a small piece of paper rapped around it they were still managing to get their filthy germ infested fingers on our cones😂 so in the end we were disgusted and annoyed we just threw the ice creams away lost 5$ and never going back...

The wait here is horrible on some days. I've always visited this place, but I just spent like maybe half an hour or more waiting at their drive thru. Couldn't get things sped up, order was correctly, partly because we had to remind them of our shake and chocolate dipped cone, which wasn't the greatest as the cone was melting even before it got to us and the shake wasn't in the right cup or even done correctly as it was a strawberry nutter butter shake and it didn't even have the nutter butter flavoring to it, it was just vanilla and strawberry basically. My wife asked if we can go to your location because you had a free meal for Mother’s Day and we went but Terrible customer service when arriving, the employee seemed to have an attitude because we asked for the Mother’s Day special and when we finished order she didn’t even tell us to pull forward and I asked her if I owed anything and should I pull forward and she ignored us. Even worse at the window, her face said I don’t want to be here and now I have to waste my time making free food. She handed us our bag and shut the door so fast not even us giving us a sec to ask for anything else, absolutely terrible overall.
