A very well stocked, organized, clean hispanic super market with bakery and full deli services. Prices are very reasonable, the produce is of a very good to high quality. It would be great to have more organic produce available, but at least what is available is of a high quality, so that's a plus. The bakery produces Mexican sweet bread and an assortment of cakes and desserts daily. Went in this morning to buy weekly groceries.... When I got home as I’m putting flour Guerrero tortillas in my fridge I noticed mold on them. I also got charged for meat that I didn’t want. Maybe the cashier thought it was mine and charged me for it idk how it got in my bags but I did call the store and the lady that answered told me to go in to the store to return the two items. The cashier called “the manager” named Elva. The manager was rude and never even made eye contact or apologized to me. All she said was go get your tortillas and I’m giving you cash for the meat. She acted like I was lying or something. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong for returning the items. I don’t even live close by only went to this store because my mom lives around this area and needed to go buy her groceries since she’s a senior. I had to make a 30 minute drive back. Placed a catering order for my office. Was good, however, when I arrived to pick up, food was not ready and they were still cooking the carne asada. About 15 mins later it was ready. I paid, however, they just gave me beans, rice, and meat. No tortillas for my "taco" order, no salsa, no lemons, onions, cilantro.... Then when I asked, they said they didn't charge me and to go to the tortilla area and buy separately. I grabbed a package, then grabbed some salsa, and then went to pay again. Asked if I could have some limes, cilantro, and onions and the cashier was annoyed. She told me I was going to have to wait, as they had to go get some limes to bring over.... Again, food was on point, fresh, and good. Customer service brought them down to a 2 star. No one should be treated as annoyance after paying for...
