Dunkin' — Restaurant in Forest Acres

Very disappointed this morning. I was the 4th or 5th car in line from placing my order and waited about 12-15 minutes before making it up to the speaker. The lady said it would be a minute and she'd be back to take my order. After waiting 5-7 minutes (with a line behind me) , I said "Hello?" (1 time) to check in — I was only expecting an update, to make sure the speaker was indeed working and not trying to be rude. The lady actually YELLED at me over the speaker something to the effect of "Ma'am, it's going to be a while because I'm dealing with a situation inside and we only have two people here!" I understand places may be short-staffed and that early morning can be a busy time. When you're in the drive thru, you can't see what's happening inside (I can only imagine). I can also continue to have patience, but I was truly embarrassed to be yelled at in front of a line of cars, so I waited another minute or so and then just drove off without placing an order because of how nasty this person was. I also found out after this that my husband had witnessed this same lady and her terrible attitude the prior morning when picking up inside. After being a regular customer for years, we will not...

I am writing this review due to an awful experience with Dunkin Donuts employee JAMAL W.

My mom and I went to the drive-thru window today and ordered two medium lattes. The second one was to have 3 shots so it was ordered as a "triple." The cashier corrected us and said it needed to be ordered as "an extra turbo shot." (Who really cares). Furthermore, when we got the second latte, it was completely cold. My mom went in to get a new one and the employee was rude and unapologetic. THEN, he gives her a drink back that is just hot coffee (not espresso) and milk-- he didn't even remake the latte... he poured it out and poured normal brewed coffee in a cup with frothed milk. When I called back after we had left to address the matter, he told me "coffee is coffee, so it doesn't really matter." AND "I didn't charge her for another drink." Well duh-- you screwed up in the first place and didn't have the respect or integrity to make a new cup. When I asked what the workers names were, they wouldn't give them to me. If I could give this review no stars I would. I have been coming to this location with my parents for more than 20years and we have never been treated like we have today. Everything was good until we got to ordering our food. My mother and I walked up to the counter to place our order.We waited until someone came to attend us my mother then proceeded to say what she wanted mind you my mother can’t speak well English so it’s hard to understand what she saying.We got one medium ice coffee with two morning wraps, my mother wanted to add a small coffee which the worker kept saying what else while my mom kept repeating herself small coffee. The worker then told my mom to not get an attitude with her.When no one was getting an attitude nor raising there voice.
