Good is good but the short blonde young girl that rings up is very unprofessional... I went in today for lunch and I was at the Counter along with a Caucasian guy. As he checked out by the same cashier his receipt was handed to him in his hand along with his change. After she hung me up I handed her my money in her hand and as she was giving me my change I had my hand out and she place my change on the counter. So I pick my money up and didn’t say anything. A few mins later her told her very calmly at first and let her know what she did was very unprofessional and disrespectful and I explain to her what she did although she knew exactly what she did. I then ask to speak to the manager, and explain to him what happen and he stated he was going to talk to her, I stated that’s not cool and no company she have someone working up front like that. I don’t care about anyone being racist that’s a preference of choice and I’m ok with people having different views that don’t bother me at all. To show in an have no care in the world is what pisses me off. I’m highly upset and will be reaching out to the owner. Let’s not forget this was her second time doing this the very first time I let it go but I will never and mean never go to that...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience, waited over an hour for a family of 4. Absolutely ridiculous and unfair to have two young children sit and wait over an hour for a meal that should take 5 minutes to make. It was so bad that we saw friends walk in and encouraged them to go elsewhere because of how long we had been waiting, and didn’t want them to waste their valuable time doing the same. Our waiter was as friendly and kind as he could be and kept apologizing for the wait. The sad part is I have read many comments just like mine over the past few months about the wait times and the lack luster food (our sandwiches were not even hot once we did eventually get them), but clearly the owner does not care about improving quality of the food or timely manner in which it’s served. If I owned a small business that was clearly in need of some help, I would be there along side the staff. It is known Sunday’s are a busy day at any restaurant, it’s not a hard task to figure out when your staff and customers, and business need assistance. Read moreI had the WORST experience and service from this location today. First, as I called in for the curbside service I was rudely told that curbside was not available at the moment. As I went inside to wait, for over 30 minutes, I blatantly saw this same server answer a call and make arrangements to deliver curbside in a moment. During my absurdly long wait time, I was passed over numerous times to pay for my order, I was told by one server "NOT TO TALK TO HER" after asking what was the system of the chaotic line. This same server blatantly waited until I moved away from counter to take payments for man behind me. And when I FINALLY received my food, I was sloppily placed on burnt toast. Because I'd asked for a manager earlier, who WOULD NOT COME SPEAK WITH ME, I just left in place of waiting another 30 plus minutes for appropriate service.
