We had so much fun taking this class! There were 7 of us and when I called to schedule, I chose to make suncatchers. During the first part of the class, Joe and Allison did a demonstration and walked us through all of the steps. It was very educational! Allison ended up making a beautiful scalloped bowl. Then we paired up and each got to choose a color and pattern for our suncatcher. Joe and Allison did all the firing and shaping, and we got to turn the rod, use these big tweezer looking things called Jacks, and use a foot pump to put air into the glass (no blowing anymore due to Covid).

When you finish with your piece, they woosh it away and put it in a 900 degree cool down oven. You then go back in a week to pick up your creation. We all wore a t-shirt underneath our tops because it gets rather hot in the firing area. The class took us about 1 1/2 hours. There is a cute showroom with items to purchase and we brought our own water bottles.

I highly recommend this activity. It was so worth the cost and Joe and Allison...

This was a very interesting experience. My husband and I went and made decorative bowls - they are the size of medium mixing bowls. It was fun to see and learn how intricate glass work really is. After your first lesson your subsequent lessons are half price. the Instructors all have their own little twist on techniques so it may be beneficial to try different classes. this business also supports local youth at risk programs! -Check the events page on their site for promos -They sometimes have Groupons (these limit the...

Took a class with my daughter at Neusole Glassworks, it was an awesome experience! Our teacher took us step by step through the process of blowing glass; he was patient & helpful, answering all of our questions, and he took his time showing us the proper way to use a variety of tools. And the facility itself is really nice, clean and spacious. We each made a glass bowl, they came out beautifully! ( I am currently using mine as a candy dish😊) I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return for...

Wow! Had an amazing class with Vince today for the Hummingbird Feeder project. My mother and I were severely impressed. He took the time to walk us through the entire process and answered all our questions. Throughout the entire class he continued to use affirmations and clear communication to insure everyone had a great class! We are so excited we did this. Looking forward to new classes that call to us. 😀

My sister and I gifted this ornament making class to our mother for Christmas. She collects unique ornaments so we thought this was perfect. We had the best time! Adam was awesome and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and after teaching us on our first ornament we were able to independently make our additional ornaments.
