I usually order from Wingshut on Uber Eats, but today I decided to save myself the $4.99 convience fee and drive there myself. The lady at the counter was nice. I ordered a 6 piece lemon pepper wing. After I received my food, I took a bite out of one my wings and it was DISGUSTING. Tasted like the chicken had been warmed up in the microwave. So I politely walk back up to the counter and ask the lady if she can remake the food or give me a refund because the quality of my food was unacceptable. She then goes to the back to get a man, the owner I’m assuming, and he has an attitude off the rip. I explained to him that my food didn’t taste fresh and that I wanted a replacement or a refund, he goes to tell me “we cook everything fresh to order , do you want to see it for yourself”, he said this with a nasty tone& a horrible attitude. I told him no , he then asks “what is it that you want!?!” ( with the same energy) , I told him that I wanted him to recook my 6 piece lemon pepper wings , he then rolls his eyes ... mind you I’ve been nothing but nice the whole time , didn’t have an attitude or even a bad tone. He then says “I rather just give you money back. Take money and get out. Here your $5 . Get out of store” and slams my $5.35 on the counter. It took everything in me to walk out of that store PEACEFULLY and without making a scene. Not to point out the obvious, but I definitely WON’T be back. &I don’t recommend anyone eat here. Stop giving rude business owners your...
Read moreI've picked up several Uber Eats deliveries from this restaurant, so I decided to give them a try.
This restaurant features Wings (obviously), and varied types of fried rice. There are your standard offerings of sides, and everything is made to order.
I ordered teriyaki wings (my favorite) and was not disappointed in the least! I received flavorful, healthy sized flats, well coated in teriyaki sauce. The chicken was cooked extra crisp, yet still juicy just as I like it. I ordered ahead and was able to walk in and pick up my food immediately without having to wait an extra few minutes like you sometimes have to with some wing joints.
As for the staff - I was treated well, and was greeted by who I assume to be the owner of the restaurant. He and his staff treated me well that Sunday evening.
I would recommend this location for fresh, juicy wings - teriyaki or otherwise. I'll definitely try this...
Read moreThe owner is RUDE!! I came in to get an order fixed. My wings were too spicy and I ordered mild. When I called over the phone they said they would fix the issue but when we came in they refused and yelled at us as if we were in the wrong. It was unbelievable, please go to New York Buffalo Wings across the street, they are very friendly and the food is better.
Response to owner: I did not want a new meal AND refund. I simply asked could you make the wings mild which was on the receipt. You agreed over the phone by then the meal is obviously old and you offerd to put honey on them instead of fixing it. I then asked for a full refund which is when the owner responded in a hostile manner and I returned the same mannerism. If you were a professional business and had any customer service things of this nature just wouldn’t happen. People work too hard for their money to deal with...
