China King — Restaurant in Forks Township

The review below regarding the staff here being rude may very well be spot on. Very poor customer service when the person behind the counter won't look up at all from their cell phone or calculator to reply to a customer who has just said, "hello". I turned around and walked out opting to instead fund a business who cares.... What else don't they care about? Hmmmnh...

I decided to give it another try... Perhaps this woman who was working the evening shift was one of the owners, was calculating totals, and deep in thought an hour before closing. Again, I had to wait for her to acknowledge that there was a customer. Although she was now atleast facing my direction, she seemingly argued w/staff for some time & kept stopping as though I was interrupting her when I (POLITELY) asked her to show me where an item was located on the menu. She then slammed her finger down on the paper after pausing as though I'd asked her to point out where Easton was located on a map of Pennsylvania.

She treated me how she should've treated her co workers for interrupting a customers experience... Not the other way around. They don't really want my hard earned dollars. They belong in an episode of "Seinfeld". ...

I’ve been ordering here for over 15 years… Tonight I went there and ordered shrimp fried rice only to find they would only give me two extra sauces. They told me I needed to pay $.10 per pack for the other ones which I agreed to but then she wouldn’t sell them to me anyway. I went home and had a friend call to speak to somebody about this issue because I’ve never had this problem before only to have them berate and harass me and act like they didn’t understand what I was talking about. The food is decent, but the women workers there are incredibly stingy with handing out utensils and condiments. Order 10-20$ of food and they will give you 1 packet of hot sauce and be very rude about it too. Can’t they just keep hot sauce in the front? They need a manager or something there cause the service from the female workers is terrible and everytime I go cause of them I don’t even wanna go there anymore.
