Hawaii Poke Bowl Forks — Restaurant in Forks Township

Ive never been so annoyed with a restaurant before. I just left the store. My first time and LAST time there. Didn't know I had to fill my order out on a sheet so i just started ordering verbally. the cashier told me to fill out the sheet INSTEAD and I did so. I was wondering why it was so expensive $23 for 1 bowl. I asked why and he said that it was because i ordered the ahi tuna and that was the price. I get home and see that there are two bowls in the bag. so he charged me for 2 when I only ordered 1. I called back and explained and he just said "because you ordered 1 (verbally) and one on the sheet". HUH???? If i wanted two bowls i would have filled out two forms!!!!!!! I don't have $23 for the cashier to make an expensive mistake. Obviously they cant take food back (because of covid), but i wish they would...

Nightmare order. Other than speed they lack of everything. Missing ingredients so beware and check your order before you leave. Small amounts of all ingredients except rice , compared to other places as I eat poke every day. Asked for an EXTRA sauce and barely got any, I wonder how much would be if I didn't ask for extra. They offered to return so they can add missing ingredients, are YOU KIDDING ME?????? Can you return after you started eating your lunch? Do you have an hour or more for lunch so you can order it and then drive to return to add mire missing ingredients, i guess owners of this establishment do not value their customers time nor their reputation, but yet they have guts and time to reply to google reviews to show that they "tried" to do their job??? I will go extra mile to drive...

Hawaii Poke Bowl is a great addition to Forks Township and the area. My wife and I love poke bowls and we often used to purchase them at Wegman's. However, I have been somewhat disappointed with the Wegman's poke bowls recently; the price keeps going way up and the volume of ingredients keeps decreasing - they are getting really expensive for the amount of food that you receive and I am often still hungry after eating one. My wife and I had two poke bowls from Hawaii Poke Bowl and found them far superior to anything else in the area.
