picasso pizza II — Restaurant in Forks Township

Very Underhanded: After many years of great food and service from Picasso's, it stops here. Two weeks ago I placed an order for New Jersey. A half hour AFTERWARD, I get a call-there is an extra 5 DOLLAR FEE for delivery to New Jersey. This is where they lost my respect-they should have told me BEFORE, not after. This has never happened before, and I don't appreciate being trapped into paying extra fees by the last minute call. New Jerseyans suffer the indignity of high taxes as it is, as well as a fee to leave the state. We shouldn't have to be a source of backdoor income because your own state raised the fee at the Toll Bridge. The 2 Liter Coke you sent me was no consolation either-I'm a Pepsi man. Please reconsider your dishonesty to NJ customers or lose them..Goodbye. REPLY TO OWNER REPLY My "feedback"will help you improve? You squeezed nearly $45.00 out of me for a Sicilian pie and a Chicken Finger\Fries combo with your last-minute "oh one more thing" phone call. How many other New Jersey customers have you done this to? Oh and you say it's hard for you to hear? Well maybe you should have thought about that before you did it and maybe we wouldn't be having this conversation...

I really am so disappointed to share this because I've always enjoyed their food. But I feel obligated to warn you all of the ignorance & poor food service I was met with tonight. Picasso Pizza 2 in the Town Center Blvd Plaza (Forks Township) served me & my friend cold, a bit undercooked dinner... Which, I was not terribly upset about, but when I bit into thick, inch long piece of plastic, that's when I started seeing red. I went back to the restaurant and asked for a refund, which, they were attempting to refuse. The supervisor told me that the plastic containers chip sometimes, which leads me to believe this is a normal occurrence. Children eat this food. My baby brothers eat this food. My heart sank when the dude smirked at me for showing how visibly upset I was!!! They tried to only give me a partial refund when the entire meal could've sent my friend and I to the hospital for the evening. Also, told me about his 50 years of experience... To me, sounded like a cowardly way to handle the situation. Anyway, I know this is a lot to read... I'm still very emotionally upset over this, but just felt like I should warn you all to check you take out containers before...

So disappointed with this place!. Order from here all the time because the food is really, really good. I get it delivered because our schedule is hectic. Recently, I've had to drive over there 2 times to pick up pizza pies because they didn't include them in the delivery. I got offered a couple cans of soda and an apology (after arguing on the phone, and them telling me the only way to resolve was to pick up). Today, instead of an order of cheese fries and jalapeno poppers, I get a chicken Ceasar salad. At least the pizza part was right. I'm done at this point. I didn't even bother calling again because the only resolution is for me to go pick it up. Unfortunately, I will NOT be ordering from here anymore. Damn shame because we really like their food, especially the pizza. It's the closest thing to Jersey/NY pizza we've had...
