Hi, I visited the sisterhood number 2 beauty supply in the past several years ago.I'm always using different places.To find Different products and services.My biggest issue the last two weeks i've Visited the establishment twice in the past.There has always been attention to customers coming in the door recently.I've had to look around For help just yesterday, very laid Back nanchalant about the question. They made a statement sasince.You've been here before.You probably know what it is better than I do suggested.I look around Just point into where the items were. I'm asking no knowledge of the products just seem very bothered by my questions and very short answers. That to me was a very big disappointment. Comparing to the last week when I went one of the. Employees named Moe was very, very helpful to me. She took her time she sat down with me. Let me try on the waves and everything like that. And I'll do all the products and things of that nature. So I'd have to give it like a 2 because lately. In the last few months, it's been very inconsistent, inconsistent. Lately it's been very inconsistent The last and most important part of this I'd like Build a repor with anyone. I'm doing service with contributing to my personal care, which I include appearances. It's not about the pricing. It's about the product, the quality of it. So when I did get the wig home opened it up. It was in shambles. I didn't try it on the store. I tried on the sample which was fine. I realized when the receipt it says no cash refunds. No exchanges all cells are final. I'm used to deal with any type of business is regarding beauty as long as the item has not been worn. Are you you can bring it back?Anybody supply store?I've ever been to or at least store credit so i'm very disappointed Hair store that as long as you've not used it.You could bring it back if you had the receipt and tag which I do so I don't know where to go from here but I know I won't be going back there I've called the store twice...
Read moreI went to the store today 11/25/19. As soon as I walked in I was disappointed. The store was small and extremely basic. There was really no variety of anything. The cashier seemed very unconcerned and unknowledgeable. I asked if they carried pre made loc extensions because I need then for my son, and I was told “yes on the right at the end of the wall”... needless to say they were NOT what I asked for they were crochet locs. I was told “well you can still use these just stick the hair through”. I explained what pre made locs were and how they are installed and I would never buy curly crochet locs in my 12yr old sons hair🤦🏽♀️. I asked if they carried the Afro hair and again I was given the wrong product. She explained to me that she had never seen any product like those in the store. I then asked if they carried interlocking needles and I was given a cheap crochet needle with a plastic handle... after I let her know this is yet again not what I asked for she told me there were other hair stores but said THIS one is black owned... I was genuinely surprised. I said “wow is it really? I’m surprised you don’t carry what I’m looking for”... she then said “I mean just cuz we black owned don’t mean we don’t go out of stock!”... then stated “but imma talk to the owner cuz I ain’t never seen the stuff you’re looking for”... I guess I’ll be driving back to Philly to get what I need. When I find a place a like I normally buy in bulk and spend $300-$600 each trip (2xs per month) so this is truly a disappointment because I’d love to support my...

So, I'm leaving for vacation in less than 12 hrs, my hair is not vacation ready and I have no alternatives in my mind. I call like hi navigation has me arriving at 6:44 (it's a Saturday they close at 7) does that pose a probelm? Response: if you know what you want we're good. I can respect that because with 15 mins to spare I'm playing with her time.
Moving forward I tell her I need something salt and pepper (not white) for vacation. She asks can you do a ponytail, sure can. Her response was I have some hair I can think of off the top of my head, when I got there 50 mins later she had 3 suggestions made sure i had pins, gel and anything that could have been required down to a brush. I didn't feel rushed I actually felt helped.
I bought each of the suggestions b/c I'd never used any of them before and I must say it was truly a lifesaver and pocket friendly. BTW, my side tails was CAYUTE!!!
THANK YOU MONICA for getting me right and taking the hair stress off my back as I was able to relax, enjoy vacation and be UBER CUTE 😍 while doing it.
