Starbucks — Restaurant in Forks Township

Edit: Tried this starbucks again, and now my drink tastes like soap and I litterally can’t get the taste out of my mouth. I’m done with this Starbucks.

It’s a newer Starbucks, and I frequent a few others but I love this one being so close to me. I’m going to say that I’ve been here like 4 times and encountered 4 different employees, the staffs customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. Like they are over the top polite and genuinely nice. But I’m 0/4 on the drinks. I’m cool with a $7 drink because Starbucks are usually consistent and that’s what I pay for in my mind. But I get basic unmodified drinks like Shaken espressos and ice coffees. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso that tastes like straight oatly twice. The first time I said they forgot the espresso and they said they’re blonde that’s why I can’t see it. But I said they’re new whatever. But after like $30 and 4 drinks botched I’m bummed out. That being said I’ll come back in a few weeks and maybe they’ll retrain the baristas and I can update it to a 5 star but they need to know lol

Yeah they just let my frozen drink melt. I was one of the people on the list that was waiting on an order and I was the only one present. Didn't hear my name get called so I was just sitting there unaware of my melting drink. While everyone else got their orders. They were just letting people grab them. I know the name is on the sticker but am I just going to grab people's drink and check one by one? Come on now... They was lucky I had to go ASAP or else i woulda caused a scene and threw my melted drank into the TV screen. Like did their brains click and say "Oh this drink has ice in it. Gotta announce the name on the sticker so it stays frozen for the customer." Next time they do this imma actually throw that melted drank at the TV...

Worst customer service ever!!!! Waited for over 20 minutes for a coldbrew!! 3 employees sat on break, one got her order before all the waiting customers. Other guests told me they were waiting 30 mins!!! I asked the employee to please make my coffee, I could no longer wait. She told me not to talk to her and turned her back. I will never return to this location. Atleast 3 employees behind the counter and they were all incapable of filling orders. Especially the gal who went out of her way to not do her job, be rude, talk nasty to customers and give dirty looks to a child. I will be putting in a formal complaint with...
