Terrible service. Terrible communication. Food was below average. I ordered quesadillas and added meat. The menu said they already came with onions and tomatoes inside the quesadilla, as well as a side of sour cream and guacamole. Once the food came, there was no guacamole- I asked for some and she said they were out. I would have ordered something different if I knew there wasn’t any guacamole. The quesadillas were also missing onions and tomatoes, I asked for some and they argued that when you add meat, they don’t include tomato and onion. Again, that would have been nice to know. On a separate note, we asked for a refil of chips and salsa. We were charged for extra! Never in my life have I been charged for a refil of chips and salsa. AGAIN- would have been nice to know!! Overall, mid food and terrible/attitude filled service. Skip this one.

Apparently, this family-owned restaurant offers some pretty good Mexican cuisine in our small town. The portions are generous, which is a definite plus. However, there's room for improvement in terms of service efficiency. It would greatly enhance the dining experience if the restaurant could work on being more organized, reducing wait times. Particularly, they should improve the speed of serving tortilla chips and water, as customers waiting for quite some time at empty tables. Overall, with a few adjustments in service will this place better.

We were the first customers of the day here and were in a hurry to get our order. The chef himself took the order and made it really quickly. 5 star is for the service. The food was good too. We took our order to go, packing was good. Portion size was ok. Place is small, nothing fancy but it is clean. We ordered huevos rancheros which came with rice and beans. Veggie burrito wasn’t very tasty. Pollo a la crema was good, and Spanish omelette was also good.

Worst of the worst dining experience in my life. The service was non-existent and the waitress were rude, incapable, and disrespectful. The food might be good but I will never know. Here is the story. We came in the restaurant at 7:00 and sat down 5 mins later. The table and chairs were not properly wiped, but okay, no big deal, we were there for the food. We made the fastest order when the waitress finally came to us after another 5 mins. We finished all the chips and salsa and started watching them bring out the food for another couple who arrived almost together with us. We were hoping for our food to come out after that, but no, after another few minutes they started serving a big party who came later than us. I thought "oh maybe their food is easier to make(but how much time could a ceviche take?)" and kept waiting, but only to see more dishes going to that table. It's about at least 25 minutes after we ordered so we asked the same waitress how much longer we should expect. She replied "as you can see we are pretty busy now. (the other table) They were there before you guys, so..." and walked away. We were confused thinking maybe she messed up the order there, but we continued waiting. During this time the couple that came in together with us finished all the food and paid the bill and left. After another few minutes, the other table got everything they ordered so we asked again when we could get our food and the reply was "your food is coming". Okay finally! However, 2 minutes later she brought to us two plates that were not ordered by us. She just walked away again after we said we didn't order those and took the food to the other table without any explanation. We were already pretty upset and didn't know what was going on. Then another waitress came to us asking whether we were ready to order! What? So I complained to her about what our experience had been. Then she went to ask about our order. We heard them talk in the kitchen and apparently the cook completely missed and skipped our order. The the first waitress came to us again so we asked the fourth time whether our food was even prepared. No explanation, no apologies, no excuse even, she acted like this was our fault and they did nothing wrong. "You see that we are quite busy" "I was gonna ask if you still want your food to-go" We never ever asked to have the food to go! We had been waiting for food for about 45 minutes, during which time no one even came to refill our water (which they did for the other tables) So eventually I lost my temper and made a scene, which I was not proud of at all. But there was simply no other way to express the frustration, and ignorance we experienced and to fight the bully from the waitress. Many thanks to the gentleman who brought out my coat that I left there and expressed his compassion after I walked out the door with anger

I don't know if the waitress also had a bad day or what, but she certainly succeeded in...

Walked in and ordered takeout thinking it would take the typical 5-15 minute wait like at other Mexican restaurants. We ordered 2 dinners, a 3 piece street taco set and an enchilada, taco, tostadas combo. After waiting over 30 minutes at the restaurant, we just asked for a refund as we knew they hadn’t even started making our food through the kitchen window. The food wasn’t even cooked, but the staff refused the refund saying they were busy and that there was only one more ticket left before ours and made us wait more. It’s basically young children running the front of the house business and it shows. Not even an apology or an acknowledgment about the long wait, only excuses that they’re busy. If they were that busy, they shouldn’t have taken our takeout order in the first place and simply explained they were too backed up to accept to go orders. No sense of time management at this place. Once we did get our food our order was wrong with the wrong protein and overall quality was...

My partner and I show up to this restaurant, employees are friendly, atmosphere is nice, chips and salsa address delicious, our order is taken promptly.

Then we wait for an hour and a half. It is busy, for a small place in a small town this is a busy night for sure, not packed by any means but it is busy and I feel for them on that front, but an hour and a half is a long time to wait.

We had ordered 2 dishes, no drinks, no appetizers, just 2 plates. When they do finally arrive the food is cold, like legitimately cold, not warm, barely even room temperature, as if the food had also been waiting for the majority of this time, it is also bland, like entirely flavorless. Which was a tough sell after a 90 minute wait.

Overall, not a good experience, however the place has good reviews so I'm sure we just caught them on a bad night. And even though there was clearly stress about the dinner rush I'd like to give props to the servers who kept a good attitude and...
