I have used the Forks, WA USPS office since 2018 and have been extremely satisfied with all interactions, personal and professional. Initially, I was in a different state and mailed items to them to hold as I did not have a local address. Read moreThis is hands down the worst post office I’ve ever encountered, and I've visited hundreds across the U.S. The staff here withheld a package that was rightfully mine, claiming it was in the back room but couldn’t be given to me until it was "processed." To make matters worse, the employees get upset when you have packages sent to their location, despite it being a service they offer. No other post office I’ve been to has ever reacted this way. This facility needs to be managed by more competent workers who understand how to do their jobs without causing unnecessary frustration...
