We visited June 22, 2025 around 7:30pm. I can't rate the pizza because THEY NEVER GAVE US ANY! Upon entering, there were several people standing in line or waiting for takeout (overheard one customer complaining about the wait time- that should have been my clue). We were told "we're busy, so minimum 45 min to an hour for food". With it being a Sunday, most places in town were closed; we had two kids and an elderly person very hungry, staying at a rental, we really had little choice but to wait. We ordered 2 small pizzas, 1 medium pizza and lasagna, salad, 2 glasses of wine. All tables were dirty, so we bussed our table and sat down. A polite employee came over and wiped our table after she saw us moving dishes to another table. At 9pm after ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES, we asked about our food. He said he didn't have an order for us (our table #). My husband said they didn't give him a receipt but we had our table # sign, what we ordered and the price we paid. The guy was then was able to locate our order in their POS system. He walked away and came back to say "it didn't print your ticket in the back so they didn't know to make your food"; he said "this keeps happening"; then he and the other girl working walked away and came back again. They offered to make our food now or give us a refund. I overheard multiple others not have their food ready as well. I told the person we were NOT waiting for them to cook it now, and we'd take a full refund. He said he had to call the manager or owner to refund because we drank our two glasses of wine. We asked that he call the manager so we could get the refund. The poor guy working the counter was so frazzled. He called the manager and we were told we'd be given a refund. They handed us an order of free breadsticks "for our trouble" at 9pm and then we bought microwave dinners from the market. It was an awful experience. That restaurant has some serious issues- after seeing multiple other people have the wrong food or no food, or long waits. Another customer said her takeout spaghetti was in a paper box that leaked all over her car. Giving 2 stars to service only because the guy at the counter was apologetic and tried to help. I would not recommend this place at all. *Update- even though they said they were refunding our credit card, they did not. We called them and their manager would not call us back. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card....
Read moreThis is the worst customer service my husband and I have experienced. We arrived to order a to go order and it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I was carrying my baby and not one employee in the front came to attend us. An employee that was washing dishes had to ask me if someone was helping me. The cashier finally attended us after the employee in the back came over to help. While the cashier was helping me, the cook in the back was clearly upset of the amount of orders he was making. He was extremely rude to the cashier. I understand if it was a busy time for him, but he did not need to disrespect the cashier. Once I paid for my order I was not given a time when my order was going to be ready. I had to wait again (3-4 mins) for him to come out of the back to ask him. I left the premises to wait (3 mins away from where I was staying) since he said it was a 30-45 minute wait. When my husband went to pick up the pizza an older man from the back yelled out to the front, “NO MORE ORDERS!” He obviously was not aware that my husband went to go pick up our order. Once he got our order they told him that I had not paid!!! They charge me husband twice!!! He came back to me and mentioned what had happened and told him to call to get reimbursed. He called and no answer. He had to go back to let them know that I did in fact pay. They did reimburse the money, but as he was walking out of the restaurant he heard a lady tell the cashier, “Don’t ever let that happen again!” It was very hostile and unnecessary. The entire experience was uncomfortable and very hostile. I will not continue to support a local restaurant that treats their customers and their own employees with no respect. Lastly, the pizza was a 2/5. Crust was...

Upon entry, you place an order at the counter, the girl who took my order seemed unfamiliar with the menu. And how the restaurant worked. I noticed multiple numbers that you’d take to your table to indicate you’d ordered food and what table you would be at. I wasn’t given a number. I had to ask for one.
I was given a cup for a drink. Which was dirty. I went to get another. It was dirty. Third cup seemed dicey, so I used the cup they gave me for water, as it seemed more clean.
I ordered a small pizza and a salad to share with my friend. My friend was given a plate. I wasn’t. I realised when the food came having that plate would have been nice.
The salad was odd for a Caesar salad, it included olives, eggs and artichoke hearts. Which an unusual combo, the salad ended up being the best part of the meal.
Pizza arrives, I ordered simply chicken and tomatoes on mine. No tomatoes. However there seemed to be an inordinate amount of cheese. So much cheese when I went to eat a slice, the cheese that came off that slice seemed to make a new slice. Very odd.
Pizza tasted ok. No great. Kind of bland. Grateful I ordered the salad so I actually had something good to eat.
Wrapping up. Between the two of us we had more than entire small pizza leftover. So I asked for two small boxes, to take it with us.
Upon opening one of the boxes we found a spider in it.
