I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for a good 15 to 20 minutes. When my order was finally taken I got to pay window where I was told to go around to front of store so they could make my order “fresh” and because the order was so “big”. We had two meals and two sides not exactly what I would call “big”. After waiting another 10 minutes in the front of the store I was finally given my order. This was now 30 minutes after arriving to store. There was one car in front of me. When I got the food home none of the sauce we asked for was in the bag. Which was asked for at least three times at the speaker and window. In addition my fries were cold and certainly not “fresh” like I was told at pay window. And one of the sandwiches was so sloppily made it ruined the box it was in and made a mess in the bag. Also my drive home was maybe 5 minutes so food should not have been cooled off that much by then. This is frustrating because the store had no problem taking my money but then gave a 1 star service of a 1 star product. When I called the store to ask where I could complain I was given zero help. And it seemed as though they weren’t that worried about the poor service. I was told “well sir sorry I can’t control the time.” We have been to this location on north college ave in Fort Collins, CO many times and have received similar service most all the time we’ve gone. I would like my $37.58 back and I will not be going back to this store. 10/10 worst fast food restaurant I’ve been too in a...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting and disappointing. First the food took forever. Pretty sure there is a food violation with having uncooked food on the counter by the register!! After watching 5 people walk around and talk I went up to ask for my food that was just sitting there. I get the stank eye like I'm being disrespectful. But the worst thing that happened was seeing a couple of then totally disrespect a Vietnam vet. After he ordered his food I saw him standing there waiting patiently. While waiting I watched this chick start to put his food in a to go bag but then stopped as her boyfriend or whatever walked in. She then put his food down and went to the register to take the bf order. I'm assuming because she gave him free food. I got up to ask another worker a question but she just walked away. Finally a guy from the back came out after clocking in and asked what I needed. While doing this the other idiot chick walked back over gave this Vietnam vet a disrespectful look thru him his food. Not a thank you, have goodnight nothing. Now I understand we all get busy sometimes but the one thing that I was taught is you always always respect and that every Vet. Because of the brave men and women that fought and continue to fight each day I am able to have freedom. So to the owner of this arbys I really hope you take some action with you store and not give the 1-800 number because let's face things. Nothing will happen with that phone call. ABSOLUTELY...
Read moreSo I'll preface this by saying I don't want anyone to get in trouble. That being said I came in on Sunday for a quick dinner before I headed home up the mountain. For some context I'm a very large man 6'11" and 400lbs. When I came to pick up my food I was asked by the staff (3-4 people) the standard questions. "How tall are you?" "Do you duck through doors?" These questions I'm very accustomed to and don't mind answering.
Once I sat down however, about half way through my meal another employee came over to me. Very flustered and asked to see how big my hands were. I offered her my hand to compare to hers. After that she continued, she asked me to stand up. I did stand up but mostly because I was in shock. In my nearly 40 years on this planet I have been asked tens of thousands of times (maybe a hundred thousand) about my height by basically every human being I've ever interacted with. But I can honestly say I've never been asked in the middle of a meal to stand up and show myself off to satisfy another's curiosity. It was more objectifying and affected me more than I thought it would.
Again I don't want anyone to get in trouble but maybe have a chat with your employees...
