Cosmo's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Just had the WORST experience with Cosmos Pizza and their manager, Mike. Worse more than any other food chain that I've ever been to. After ordering a pizza and ending up having to wait an hour and a half for it to be delivered, it turned out the coupon that was planned on being used to pay was photo copied so Mike refused to accept it and demanded that we either pay for the pizza or give it back.

Now it's not the fact that we were asked to pay for the pizza, but they way that Mike handled the whole situation was a terrible reflection on this business. As loyal customers of Cosmos, ever since we had moved to Fort Collins two years ago, we tried to reason logically with Mike to see if we could keep pizza, since we had been waiting an hour and a half. Instead Mike demanded that we give back the pizza. After speaking with him for 10 minutes, we asked what they planned to do with the pizza of we didn't keep it and Mike responded that they would give it to a LIQUOR STORE instead of allowing their customers to keep it!

It's because of Mike's rudeness and total lack of care for his customers that we will not be ordering from Cosmos again. He, in fact, has pushed us right into the arms of their competition Pizza Casbah. Good luck keeping customers with this poor excuse of a...

Great pizza, delicious overstuffed calzones, yummy spicy ranch sauce, wonderful atmosphere and fun outgoing staff! What more could you ask of a pizza place. Love the tiled tabletops and the upbeat music. The place was clean and quiet when we arrived but by about 8pm it was packed full of college students so the noise went way up. It didn't bother us but if you're looking for a spot to dine-in that isn't too loud then go earlier in the evening. It is next to a college campus after all. Or just order and take it to go. The pizza is some of the best we've had, top 3 for sure. My husband even said it was better than an (unnamed) famous pizza place in Times Square we recently visited. He raved about the Calzone that was overstuffed with his favorite fillings instead of being half air and mostly cheese and ricotta. This one had the meats piled up! My son had the chicken salad with ranch which he said was better then he thought it would be. The rest of us had pepperoni pizza and sausage and bacon pizza. .Ordered delivery this past Saturday night & after eating two slices both my lady & I were throwing up within half an hour. We’re re-occuring customers, have an account, and were only asking for a refund for the $45 pizza we weren’t able to eat (Valid). The manager or owner (whoever I talked to) was EXTREMELY RUDE to both of us over the phone & refused to take accountability, & kept mentioning that his inspection rating is an A+ (fact checked, this is a lie.). Offered a $20 credit and continued to tell us it was OUR fault & there was nothing more he could do. You lost multiple customers today, which adds up to alot more than the $40 you would’ve lost taking care of your loyal customers. Would not recommend eating here as this isnt the first time ive personally witnessed & heard horror stories with this owner.
