Terrible customer service!!!!! Made an online order with specific delivery instructions & when it came time to deliver the pizza, the driver calls to get the directions clarified & says he'll be there shortly. Fifteen minutes later, still no pizza. We called the store only to be on hold for like fifteen minutes while they contacted the driver. Then I had to reexplain everything to the manager & everyone I talked to kept saying the driver delivered our food & watched us pick it up & I assured them we had not received any food. After almost an hour of our order being "complete" we barely got a refund before he hung up. There are two different sides to my apartment complex & small building letters & we acknowledge that it could've been a simple mistake, but they just kept suggesting we were lying. We just wanted them to correct their mistake. I much prefer the Lemay location & will never be ordering from the disrespectful crew at Harmony again. Her name starts with a "J", as I don't wish to entirely throw her name out there for the wolves. After hearing her phone conversation with my wife, "J" interrupted several times and made comments towards my wife that seemed quite belittling towards her IQ. My wife asked if we could place an order for delivery, and if it would arrive relatively soon, since Dominos had just opened for the day, and J's response was, "well yeah, but we have to cook the pizza first." Then when J was repeating our order back to us, she didn't list a dipping sauce, so my wife wanted to make sure it was included in our order and told her she didn't list it, and J said "yes I did." We received our order, and half of the items were incorrect. When I called them to get it corrected, the person on the phone avoided my questions and refused to help fix the problem. They said they would send my order to the Taft Hill store, and the other store would be able to fix it. I called the Taft Hill store, and they received no order and no confirmation from this store. Thankfully, the Taft Hill store was able to fix our order. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location, and the unprofessionalism over the phone. They said they would fix the order, and they did not. They just sent us to the other store to get it fixed, which put me in an uncomfortable situation asking another store to fix our order when this store messed it up in the first place.
