This store is so dirty it is disgusting. When standing by the register, one smells a strong odor of urine. It is filthy. It was a Friday night and we were the only ones in the store, until another customer came in after we had ordered.
The roast beef, on the two unfortunate ocassions I have been here, were so overdone it was not worth getting a sandwich. I might as well eat at Arby's. Why is it so hard to make a good roast beef?
To top it off, when we placed our orders, one person starting working on my order at the grill, while the other went to take a phone call. When she came back, she made the order for the customer who was behind us in line. So we're standing there, at the register, smelling urine, and she finishes the other customer's sandwich and the guy who was working on my food took off his gloves to ring him up. Where was our food?
I am appalled. I have been to JM's at so many places they know my order by heart. They even know to salt the roast beef before making it Mike's way. I will never, ever set foot into this store again, and since it is the only location in Fort Collins, that means they have lost a customer for life.
You guys either need to close this store or educate the employees on proper sanitation and etiquette when it comes to serving customers. We walked out of the store without dinner. I will not be going back. This store is doing your good name a...
Read moreLet me start out by saying that I frequent Jersey Mike's 1-2 times per week. I came to this location on what appeared to be a very slow Sunday afternoon. The 2 people that assisted me started out by being very rude. The young lady irritatingly asked me what I wanted and my spouse and I both advised we'd like grilled veggie wraps. (The only other apparent vegetarian menu item is the #14). She started making the wrap completely wrong. When I corrected her, she got defensive and basically blamed me for ordering the wrong thing. When the younger man with dark hair began to make the contents of the wrap on the grille, I noticed he was mixing in the cheese and again, making the wrap incorrectly. He asked what else we wanted on the wrap and I told him I'd like it "how it comes", according to the menu. He snapped at me and said "it comes with lettuce and ranch and THATS IT". It clearly says otherwise on the menu but I wasn't there to start a fight. Needless to say, my spouse and I left without getting our food. I frequent this business group at a different location down in the DTC, and have NEVER been treated like that. That was an awful experience overall as a consumer. Jersey Mike's management should be aware that they've got people on their staff treating people like this. I am highly disappointed in the brand name...
Read moreI love the sandwiches but I did not love the service I got today. I ordered online because I was in a hurry. The email said the sandwiches would be done at 11:41 and to go directly to the register to pick up. I got there at 11:45 and they were finishing up another online order meant for 11:30. They finished her order, called her to the front, and apologized profusely. I notified them I was there for an online order. She merely said "ok" and then continued to finish every sandwich of the customers in line (including ones who entered the restaurant after me because I went directly to the register). I waited an extra 25 minutes. and when the sandwiches were done, they didn't call me to the counter. They put them in the fridge. I had to go ask for them again. And when she handed them to me, she said "here". No apology. I don't care if I'm only 3 years older than the kids working. My money is exactly the same as the older lady that they treated with respect before. And if i have to wait 50 minutes total for a simple sandwich, apologize! It's a basic part of customer service and human decency. So now, if I want Jersey Mike's, I'm going to Greeley. I've never had a bad...
