I attempt order from this location on a daily basis and more than half of the time their app is turned off, or neglected to be turned on, by the staff so I cannot place my order at all. Keep in mind my orders were all placed within their open hours. Additionally, I've been told by several employees that they no longer do curbside pickup. However, the app continues to ask if I want curbside and even asks for details pertaining to my car. Furthermore, my last smoothie wasn't even blended completely where I had 4 large icecubes in my smoothie that were completely unbleded.
Just for future reference, you may want to turn the app on if you expect to have any business because as an entrepreneur I can honestly say I would fire my staff if this were my business and they regularly neglected to turn on the app to get online orders. You don't just lose my business, you literally lose the business of every online order placed which would incur a huge loss if done regularly. I may not own a Smoothie King but if I did I could definitely run it...
Read moreI wish I can do zero stars. I was parked outside waiting for the store to open. The girl seemed fo be standing there. Figured she was running late. No biggie. Waited till 7:05am. Still no lights on and sign off. So i get out my car and walk up to the door. The girl was on her phone. She make eye contact with me serveral times. I even called the store. She just ended walking to the back. She disappeared for a couple minutes came back amd turned on the lights and started to take the chair off the tables. Read moreVery disappointed in my experience today. Placed an order for pickup and when I went to pickup the smoothies the woman working the counter said she didn't have my order. Double checked the store address, and time and asked her again. She very rudely stated she did not have my order and would not make my order without it coming through on her end. To be clear I paid for the smoothies prior to arriving at the store and my card was charged. I pulled up the receipt on my phone to show her the order/payment and she wouldn't even look at it just kept saying she wouldn't make the smoothies and would not refund the order.
